Brick Alley was a great choice for us. The short ribs were cooked perfectly in a delicious brown sauce served over mashed potato. We selected this because the people at the table next to us said it was the best thing they ever ate! It was very good. The service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. Brick Alley is very popular and busy but somehow the servers cope beautifully with the crush and we will definitely go the next time we are in town!

They had a separate room with fun decor oriented to keeping kids entertained. Was the perfect space for us and our little one. The food was also delicious, and service was wonderful.

Amazing food and service. Lobster mac and cheese was filled with large chunks of lobster and the nachos were delicious and plentiful. Our waiter Avery was a pleasure..Kudos to the entire staff!

Great food. Was honestly shocked at the quality and value. Lobster bisque was great and the ahi tuna sliders were outstanding! It is crowded and noisy but what restaurant in Newport isn’t…would definitely go back.

This a very busy place. We have eaten here since the 1970’s whenever in Newport. Food is excellent and staff is top notch. It is noisy but not taking away from the experience. The. Wide range of dishes is a hallmark and just about guarantees you will find a meal you enjoy. Reservations are a must to avoid long lines at dinner time.

We had a great meal. I had the Salmon with Lemon sauce and it was great. My husband had the fish and chips. Very light batter -great! I would recommend!

We arrived on time for a lunch reservation at 1 o’clock. It’s probably seated with a courteous weight staff. The food was excellent. The ambience was great. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the meal and the service. I would highly recommend this restaurant while visiting Newport, RI. I would definitely Return and recommend it highly.

We had dinner reservations here during our girls' getaway and absolutely loved it! The food was great, and the blackberry sangria was delicious. The views were beautiful and made the experience even more special. The music and overall vibe added the perfect touch to a fun, relaxing evening. Highly recommend!

We arrived and got an excellent reserved table. We were celebrating a 50 th anniversary and a 78 th birthday. The food choices were excellent. Our server was fabulous. Everyone loved their meal. Our table was surprised by receiving the largest hot fudge brownie sundae any of us had ever seen. It was a very special and memorable time!!

Back room was very noisy but enjoyable. Next time I’ll ask to be seated in the front room that in the other side from the entrance. And yes, order the clam chowder for a true New England treat.
