   Bricco Restaurant provided one of the most delicious meals and ambiance we have had the pleasure of experiencing. Our server was such a delight and very attentive. What a special tour of the history and other restaurants owned by Mason. We will be back!

   Always fun to be in the North End on a beautiful evening. Food and service excellent. Very noisy!

   We had such a lovely Mothers day lunch at Bricco. Initially assisted by Jorge with waters and delicious bread, very attentive throughout the meal refilling waters etc. Our server was Donato who was exceptional. Very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found out he is from Puglia, Italy where we are traveling to in a few days. He was so excited for us and gave us information about this region. The food was delicious, started with the squash blossoms and eggplant apps. Lunch was papardelle with cinghaile and the osso buco. Drinks were well prepared and extensive wine list. We can't wait to return with pictures to show Donato.

   We went there for my birthday. I had the famous espresso martini. It was very good but I did think it was made in big batches that they had made. I thought they would use fresh espresso as other places have done. I had the grilled octopus which was really the best I’ve ever had. I then followed with pasta with lobster. It was very good but the pasta was a bit hard and portion was small. The waiter first refused to serve a drink to my son’s girlfriend because her ID was in the jacket she wore earlier that was at hotel. Then he brought my son the wrong drink. He told us to keep while he got the right one we then saw it was a charge on our bill after he told us not to worry. The noise level was very loud and it was hard to talk

   Amazing food, service was even better. Environment was a touch loud but still a very nice restaurant in a great area. Also other amazing restaurants around there.

   The customer experience was awful, starting with the hostess - really passive aggressive. We arrived 10 minutes before, we went to let them know we arrived just in case not wanting to lose the reservation -not asking to be seated - and the hostess said we had to wait until the hour outside and not nicely. I asked where the restroom was and she rolled her eyes. We don’t drink alcohol, so we ordered water and after that the service declined. We had to ask for the specials and the bread among other things.

   Always love going to Bricco. We sat near the open windows and the place just has such incredible ambience. Service is amazing, good timing, excellent quality and amazing drinks!

    Tables are much too close together. Service was slow. Meal was too smoky.
