A beautiful, locally owned restaurant located in downtown New Buffalo, Michigan; Brewster’s New Buffalo puts a modern twist on traditional Italian fare. Our Chef uses a wide variety of fresh, innovative ingredients to create dishes. Our sommelier and bar manager take pride in curating the finest selection of liquor, beer and wine, including wonderful locally and Michigan made specialties.

    My wife and daughter and I went for our seven year anniversary atmosphere was great. Food was great service was it was good.. we kind of felt rushed menu being taken away from us before they needed to be. We just felt a little rushed.

    The price you pay is outrageous for an entree, spaghetti $27 and you don't get a salad or garlic bread with it, that is plan highway robbery. Plus the taste wasn't that good. I go to a local mom and pop Italian restaurant and pay $15 for spaghetti and meatballs, salad and garlic bread the taste is much better. Plus, the pizza, I love thin crust but not BURNT thin crust. The pepperoni was so small I could barely see it, and the sausage, well I don't think they even put sausage on the pizza as requested. I will NEVER come again to this establishment. I use to go all the time before they remodeled, but now forget it. I wish I could have gave our waiter more of a tip, but because the prices were way overboard I just could not afford it. If this place goes out of business I won't be surprised.

    This was my first time dining at Brewster's but several members in our party had dined here previously but not for some time. It was recently redecorated and the new look is amazing. Definitely recommend the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and the Bruschetta for appetizers. The Lemon Chicken Basil was amazing and the Detroit Style Pizzas were tasty! We will definitely be putting Brewster's into our rotation.

    We stayed five days in New Buffalo. Our meal at Brewster’s was the best food and best service we had all week! We can’t wait to return!

    I had the triple crown Detroit style pizza. It was excellent. Service was great, we sat outside in their beautiful courtyard.

    Oh my gosh- the Detroit style pizza was SO delicious, caramelized, crispy crust. The homemade pasta was outstanding. Amazing flavors. Great service. Truly a 10+ dining outing
