A beautiful, locally owned restaurant located in downtown New Buffalo, Michigan; Brewster’s New Buffalo puts a modern twist on traditional Italian fare. Our Chef uses a wide variety of fresh, innovative ingredients to create dishes. Our sommelier and bar manager take pride in curating the finest selection of liquor, beer and wine, including wonderful locally and Michigan made specialties.

We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day, all year round! (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

Brandi was an outstanding waitress. Made recommendations for drinks and meal. Awesome choices. Highly recommend her and will ask for her next trip in. Food was delicious. Four of us in the party and all satisfied and full when we left!

I love brewsters but it fell a little flat this last visit. I hadn’t been since the interior had been redone and I honestly preferred the original- the decor didn’t match the experience. All of the food was solid- we got a pizza, Alfredo, meatballs, salad, soup, and cookies. Nothing was memorable outside of the Alfredo. Our server was very sweet but clearly having a bad day- I think 3-4 dishes were messed up during our meal which hurt our experience overall. Still a great spot and we would return but please don’t change your menu to match your boujee new decor! We love brewsters the way it is.

This is the third time at Brewsters and we think it is awesome. The flavors are exceptional and the staff is great.

The food and service was outstanding although the room was somewhat loud. Brewsters never disappoints. Highly recommend it.

Our experience was phenomenal! We sat inside for our first time here and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere! The service and food amazing! Food cleanly plated, visually beautiful and tasted delicious every bite! I enjoyed their shrimp & Sausage and my husband enjoyed their meatballs. Drinks also on point! I enjoyed their Heaven Hill Old Fashioned! Our server made us feel right at home and was there anything we needed! We cannot wait to come back!

Food was amazing! Honestly, one of the best steaks & Cacio e Pepe pasta we’ve ever tried. Compliments to the chef! My partner and I celebrated our anniversary & they gave us the anniversary menu, so the server knew the special occasion. However, the service was a bit slow. We felt full waiting for our server to come back to get our dessert order, so we didn’t get to try any of their desserts. Still, we HIGHLY recommend this place when you’re around New Buffalo! We will be coming back in the future! Make a reservation ahead of time cause they get booked quick!

Food was excellent as usual and love the new renovations. Nothing beats sitting outside at Brewsters. I was disappointed that the sticky toffee pudding was off the menu. Hope it comes back in the winter. My favorite place to eat in New Buffalo.❤️
