Brewery Saint X specializes in the small-batch production of traditional lagers, hop-forward brews & cask ales. Through careful ingredient selection, bespoke brewery design & time-honored techniques, we aim to craft full-flavored ales & lagers with the intentional, slow production approach that leads to memorable beer experiences. Our lagers are step-mashed, decocted, long-aged & naturally carbonated to produce crisp, dry & boldly effervescent brews with malt complexity. We dispense through side-pull faucets to further enhance the soft richness of these brews. Our hoppy brews utilize select hops from around the globe, each sourced for maximum flavor impact, & balance aromatic intensity with soft drinkability. Our British-style ales are refermented in cask & served through a traditional beer engine for gentle carbonation, a round malt body & unmatched freshness from the most sessionable of beers
