   We had Mothers Day Brunch brunch at Brett Hail’s 2 years ago and it was wonderful on every level. This year was anything but lovely. The food table was messy, most of the dishes were cold, we asked our server for s&p - never received, my son ordered coffee he never received it. Not enough staff. We had to wait for forks twice. Drinks from the bar were good. We will not return.

   Came here for Mothers Day. Hostesses don’t seem to be too attentive towards those waiting. Took us to our table but someone was still there. I had to go back in twice. The first time they said there were other reservations ahead of us? Finally we’re seated outside- table was not clean and the benches were full of pollen that got all over our clothes. The buffet was way overpriced and most of it was cold, or undercooked. We ordered 2 cocktails and 2 soft drinks. After gratuity added already for 3 people it was $170. NOT AT ALL WORTH IT

   I found that the luncheon was awful, Not bad awful. It was a very unacceptable, well overpriced. It just was horrible. I now know why they still had reservations available because nobody wanted to go back there.

   It's a bar, pretty loud. Good menu, you can get a very good burger or steak. Fish, pasta. Salads are great. Large specialty drink menu.

   Potions were huge. Definitely got your moneys worth. The 16 oz. meatball was the best. It was just very loud, not like there was a game on it seemed like every table was yelling over the music. Made it hard to have a conversation at dinner. Good place to watch games and hang with friends though.

   Thought it would be beneficial for me to share some of our thoughts on yesterday‘s Easter brunch. After giving it some consideration and not picking other establishments over yours, I decided to take my three kids to your restaurant to enjoy an Easter brunch. When I called on the phone, it was required for me to have a Reservation, which is totally fine. However, when we got there, there was two other tables in the establishment so that didn’t seem to make much sense to me. However, if that’s your protocol that is understood. The food display was very below average and most foods or cold because the candles were not lit underneath. Strawberry salad was very soggy, mostaccioli pasta was ice cold, and the dessert station maybe had four pieces on display. Also towards the end of our experience as we were trying to gather some last items, we were waiting in line for all of the servers to box up there to go food, and for whatever reason they left every single tray wide open, allowing the food to continue to get even more cold. Lastly, we were then slapped with a $4.50 convenience fee and a mandatory tip of $26. I always tip very well but with that information not being disclosed upfront I thought that was very unprofessional. I look forward to hearing back from you guys on how we can Rectify this situation.    Overall, the quality of the food was substandard to the price paid + 20% tip. Not worth the price of the buffet at all. Won't be doing that again nor could recommend at this time. Ughh, Mark Sehnert

    Worst Valentines Dinner! Wait staff couldn’t even keep our waters refilled and forgot to put in our dinner order! We ended up leaving without food and went home! While leaving they gave us a “free meal” to take home which must have been a mess up order from another table. Not even edible dry noodles with a piece of beef in the middle. Not even a meal we had originally ordered. Our reservation was at 7:15 we left at 9 only having an appetizer and one drink. Never again.
