   First visit to this restaurant was outstanding. Food was very good. Service was top-notch. Natalie was one of the best servers we've had anywhere in some time.

   Very disappointing First time going Celebrating sons 19th bday Made reservation for 715 and wasn’t seated until close to 8. Way too noisy. Not anything Blues related so not sure why it’s “Brett Hull’s”. Food was not good. Only redeeming quality was Nick! Our waiter was great and even gave us first round of drinks free for waiting so long. Yay for Nick but otherwise we definitely won’t be back.

   Reservation at 7 but hostess forgot about us do to the volume of extremely large groups. Did not get seated until 7:30. Outside of that food was excellent. Also, beer menu was outdated. Every beer I asked for from the menu was no longer carried.

   This place is packed with people. It had me wondering if the Fire Marshall approved of this many people squeezed in this space. Our server was great. Food was good.

   Good service. Atmosphere a little loud. Food was delicious. We had the Indian pacific and strawberry fields salad with salmon and a steak. All were good.

   My biggest issue was with the reservation service. I booked a table outside in a heated area by a fire pit, but instead was sat indoors, which was not what I was looking for. The server was nice, but the rest of the staff were rather unfriendly as well.

   Had a reservation, but had to wait quite a bit. Took a long time to get served. Drinks took forever. They were out of a lot of things on the menu. The hurricanes were not good. Food wasn’t bad, price was good. The manager kept coming over checking on us; he made an attempt. But what put us over the edge was when the bartender (or person behind the bar) didn’t wash his hands after using the bathroom. Just really disgusting.

    We had a reservation and had to wait over an hour to be seated. They shouldn’t take reservations if they cant accommodate them. The food was good but we waited a very long time for it as well. Overall atmosphere and food were good, but expect to wait if you go on a Saturday.

    The service was good. The waiter did take a while to service but everything came out super fast once ordered. The food was good. Everything I ate was sweet…steak, brussel sprouts, bbq chicken flatbread and brownie. I would go back but just ask about the menu more prior to placing my order.

    Went out for V-Day. Food was ok, server was great, bar service was slow. Lights were bright for dinner. Love the fried cheese. my husband was not happy about how ‘fancy’ everything was and just wanted plain fries for a side. No substitutions allowed. Overall, ok experience.

    It was my first time there. We got in before our reservation. The staff was very friendly, got out drinks and appetizers quick. The entrees were out a soon as oir appetizers were finished. Overall great experience.

    It is a bar, so it is extremely loud. Poor acoustics and they play the music very loud making it difficult to talk to the person across from you. We've been here a few times and previously ordered entrees, burger and sandwich this time. The BLT is huge, plenty of bacon. Chips were inedible, crumbled. The menu is diverse, with unique items. Service was very good.

    Service was great!! Food was good but not memorable. The marinade they use on the filet was not to my liking; however, it was cooked perfectly medium rare. Wife’s mahi was a bit overcooked. Ahi tuna appetizer was excellent!! You cannot beat their wine prices during happy hour!! Rachael was an attentive and professional server on this Wednesday night!

    We did not have a great experience. First off, we had a reservation, but still ended up having to wait 40 minutes fo a table. One peson at our table had ordered the buffalo chicken tacos and requested the jalepenos be on the side. When the food came, the jalepenos were on top of the tacos. Not a big deal, but when the food runners noticed the order was wrong they started picking the jalepenos off with their bare hands when they thought none of us were looking! Then when they saw us looking they left with the food and brought it back a few minutes later. Really makes me question their food practices... The food was not good either. Another thing is you have to push your way through a huge crowd of people to get back to the bathroom which is really annoying. Also, it was freezing in there, like unbearable.

    The food was very good . The burger was great! The Brussel sprouts had too much soy sauce, otherwise good. The truffle fries were just okay, nothing great. We will come back. Seriously good burger.

    Terrible overall. It was so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation among the 4 of us without yelling. Service was subpar - it’s took more than 5 minutes for each drink order, we weren’t the only ones complaining. The food was awful, Brussel Sprouts where soggy in sauce, none of the chicken dishes was the chicken edible. This was ours and the other couples second attempt to try and like this establishment, but we won’t be retuning especially not for the prices.

    Food was much better than I really expected at a sports bar type of restaurant. Really good steak and nice shrimp dish, flatbread was good too. Very impressed on the food. However, service was a big problem. Ordered drinks, one appetizer and dinner. Never saw our waitress again from ordering until the time our food arrived, probably 25 minutes or so. Appetizer was literally brought on the same tray as our dinner plates, and we still didn’t have our two drinks! Those came about ten minutes later. We were there to watch a big football game while also having nice dinner. The game was on and there were plenty of TVs. However, a lot of them had on random talk shows, so we could have had a much better view of the game if TVs were actually tuned in to live events. Talk shows with no sound aren’t great entertainment.

    Food and drink were great, value was good, but service could be greatly improved. Arrived for a 7pm reservation at ~6:50. We were seated immediately, albeit at a high top despite specifying a standard table in my reservation. Tables appeared 80% full and bar was ~20% full when we were seated. My party was not acknowledged by a server until nearly 7:20pm. Once acknowledged, service was generally slow with additional drinks taking around 5 minutes to arrive. Food arrived relatively quick once we finally ordered. Additionally, the check shown on Opentable does not match my party’s order or even our check total. Definitely some training and/or additional help needed for the front of house staff at this restaurant.

    Mute point using open table when the Restaurant did not open till 11 and their hours show open at 10am. I thought they were booked up when I looked for a 10:30 slot for brunch on a Sunday, so I scheduled 11. Music way to loud for brunch crowd

    This was my family and I first time attending here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were celebrating my mom's retirement and she really liked it. My kids loved it as well. Our server was so nice and friendly engaged in conversation with us and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.

    This was our second time here. We had pre booked a table of 16 on 12/2, and they crammed us into a long booth so it wasn't the best start- especially since I called a few days prior to ensure they had the space for us. Took about 15 minutes to get drinks, then another almost 40 for food. They were slammed, and our waiter said he had about 5 other tables of 5+ people. I didn't fault him. The food was good, but they have an up-charge for fries and don't mention that- kind of weird that fries don't come with a burger like most places and would be nice to know this up front. The manager jumped in after he saw some of us frustrated and did get things moving. Our party left a little frustrated to say the least, and I was the one that raved about this place so a bit disappointed.

    We heard great things about this restaurant. The night we were there it was not busy and we had no trouble getting a table. The menu looked fine and the server was prompt and attentive. She was the best part of the evening. The food was only average and that combined with the rather high prices made the value of the evening very poor.

    I didn’t realize when I had ordered my Chicken Caesar salad has actually anchovies pieces. I was disappointed since I read the menu and see this. I should asked for them without, it is not a problem I will just remember in the future!
