The food and the ambient was good, the people were nice to but I think they could improve their service by paying attention on what the customer asks. I asked for tap water and they haven’t given that as well as, when food was surged they didn’t give the cutlery up until we asked. Apart from that I think it was good ☺️

Not very attentive waiting staff, food proton was ridiculously small and reservation was not taken seriously.

Certainly not the place you want to go to get an Italian breakfast. Most of the choices are English breakfast with a different name. You don't eat eggs in Italy in the morning nor you eat anything salty. They don't even have croissants in the menu. Felt very disappointed. There is a very limited selection of cakes at the table but the quality and size of the portions are very good. Despite that, they have no clue on how to serve espresso. The one I ordered came cold, with no sugar on the side and with no glass of water. When I complained, staff - which is as polite as busy - immediately took the coffee back and brought another one, warm. Espresso is served hot - not cold, not warm. Waiting times are also pretty long and food wasn't served all together. I'd come again to get some more great cake but definitely not to dine in and for sure not to look for any Italian breakfast.
