   Food was great the steak cooked perfectly, just did not care for the port wine steak sauce

   Great place to have a casual steak on the Riverwalk. My buddy and I went in for salads and rib-eye steaks last night. Great selection of sauces as well, I had the peppercorn, he had the Béarnaise . We didn't have the appetite for sides this time but we sat right on the river outside and it was fun people-watching. Waiter was attentive and the manager came over to check on us, so customer service was exceptional. Would recommend.

   Wonderful experience. We've dined here a few times and always had a great meal. This time it was really outstanding. Jose was our server and I can't say enough about his level of service and his obvious love of his role in hospitality. Cocktails were superb, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp (as suggested by Jose were amazing, the center cut filets were cooked to the perfect temperature - very flavorful. Definitely our "go to" on the River Walk.

   First time visit. Carlos was excellent in his service; couldn’t have asked for more. The food was outstanding, especially the American Waygu steak we had. We will definitely be returning customers!

   Brenner’s is an amazing restaurant and dining experience right on the river walk. Amazing food and drink low, it has something for everyone. A must do when you are downtown SA.
