This business needs improvement. Upon arriving there for Easter brunch was no host to greet. The table place settings were not set, just a simple white table cloth. It seemed as though they were extremely understaffed and overwhelmed . There were 2 servers and one was filling in as the bartender. There were large Amazon packages by the front entrance , a mop bucket by the entrance to the patio . There was a child sitting at the bar that belonged to one of the employees. The server was a “fill in “ and had no feedback to offer on the food & beverage . The food was flavorful but the presentation was bad. I asked for a medium steak and received a well done steak. Server did not check in on us at all during our meal . The music was extremely loud for an Easter Sunday brunch & the speakers and DJ booth were oddly placed . We were told that the restaurant had been in a “soft opening phase” since January .. honestly the decor was nice but it was incomplete, they are not ready for a hard launch and need to reevaluate what it means to soft open. You can’t expect customers to give grace for disorganization but expect to pay for the value you deem appropriate when the experience & customer service doesn’t match the value . There were empty feature walls where the liquor was to be displayed. There were “workers” walking through the restaurant moving furniture and setting up the patio it was just disorganized and cleaning the restaurant while we were dining . Even for a soft opening you are supposed to provide and present and experience that people talk about and want to come back. I would not come back here to dine.

I really wanted to love this place, my guest and I walked in only one other party was there, 2 people, no was available to greet us. We waited, a young g man who didn’t appear to be an employee said sit at any open table very nonchalantly, after a few minutes he came said he would bring water, we asked for lemons he said we don’t have any, he then took our drink order which came 40 minutes later and I sent mine back because it was extremely sweet, we were halfway through our meals and the drinks came, the place is super cute with minor decor exceptions that I personally would adjust I just wasn’t please with the service and our shrimp and grits and fish and grits were ok however we did send the lumpy grits back which they came back excellent, maybe it was timing which it was early and we were 2 of 4 people in this establishment, I don’t know however I took my laptop with me so that I could work and visit this place before I had my party of 30 to accompany me for next month, it’s cute however quality service is needed

It is a nice venue, but our food was cold and they were out of several menu items.

Embarrassing this place is embarrassing. Allowed reservations just for us to Uber there and find out they close their kitchen at 4 PM. My reservation was at 4:45 stating that they had a private event that day and that they’re sorry that OpenTable allowed us to make a reservation. They did invited us to go to the spot next-door, which had no waitresses no waiters no food no bar no nothing a complete waste in a complete embarrassment clothes until you’re ready to serve the public

The place was decorated really nicely and our server was sweet, however, the food was horrible. We went around 11:30 so there was not a lot of people. Grits were very hard and unrecognizable. The potatoes were very hard and it seems as though the food was reheated in the microwave. Valet costs 7 dollars and it’s also 7 dollars to self park.

Upon arrival I was not greeted and after being seated, it took 30 minutes to get a menu that was a QR code. They were out of half of the things on the menu however we did order catfish and grits. The fish was so salty, We could not finish it. the gulf coast avocado toast was toast with a piece of salty shrimp on top. Wouldn’t return.

My friends and I had an amazing time here. During brunch our server Carson was very attentive to our needs and did a great job. The food and drinks were so delicious and the presentation was great! Everything was so pretty. Great place for photo ops and special celebrations. They brought my friend out a birthday dessert with sparklers and catered to our every need! I will be back!

I had the Oxtail Hash and my friend had the fish and grits. Both were delicious. The drinks were also amazing. Can’t wait to go back!
