    I made reservations for birthday brunch this past Sunday and the place is closed. I called, emailed, and messaged them several times before Sunday and no response. They need to post they are closed and not accept any reservations. Bad business.

    Didn’t even get a chance to experience anything since this place was CLOSED! False advertisement and owner of the place didn’t bother to post or notify people that this location was closed.

    I had a reservation for a party of four, but the experience was disappointing from the very start. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, no one greeted us upon arrival. I noticed a woman who appeared to be a staff member, but she made no effort to acknowledge or assist us. When we were finally seated, the service only got worse. Our waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu and couldn’t answer basic questions about what the restaurant had to offer. She repeatedly walked away from the table for long stretches of time, leaving us sitting there without any direction or follow-up. To make matters worse, the brunch menu was incredibly limited. They didn’t offer bottles of champagne or mimosa carafes—only individual glasses for $8 each, served in tiny flutes more suited for a toast than an actual brunch drink. Around us, several tables remained uncleared from previous guests, adding to the unkempt and unprofessional atmosphere. The experience was so unpleasant that my party and I left without ordering anything other than water. For a place trading on such a glamorous name, this restaurant was a major letdown. I will not be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic hospitality.

    We actually never made it to a table. I made a reservation for my step mom's birthday brunch for last Saturday. As I sat in the parking lot, waiting for 1:00PM to come, I received a notification that said that they moved our reservation to 1:30PM. I was confused as I had not received any correspondence as to why. When I walked inside at 1PM, it was empty and no smell of food or staff. We were told that they were having electrical issues and that they had to push our reservation back to 1:30. At 1:30, we were told by the bartender that she didn't have any water or ice for us and that she felt like we should probably go elsewhere. Valet was $20. Whether you self parked or they parked your car. The entire experience was terrible and pointless. Never again.

    Food was amazing , the server was amazing . They were short staffed and that caused a delay in us being seated .

    They was not prepared for this Mother’s Day crowd. I enjoy myself the first time. The service and food was good the first time I went, this is why I came back. I wait a hour and half on a drink I never got. The manager was so very nonchalant like she didn’t care. The food was amazing just hopefully they be prepared for a better crowd

    I had a reservation on 5/11 for 1:30pm, when i arrived I was not acknowledged by the 3 staff members standing in the front of the restaurant. I was seated 20 minutes later, it took 45 minutes for portions of our food to come out, I had to walk to the bar to get my cocktail I ordered with the waiter. My experience was not ideal, the service was poor the meal was moderate I won’t visit again. This dining experience ruined my Mother’s Day ;(

    The servers are terrible because their gratuity is already included in your check!! The cooks that bring your food from the kitchen were more helpful! The only thing that saved our visit was the food is amazing. Great cooks!!

    Maybe it was the weekend the service was sporadic but the food was good enough for us to go back in the future. Prices are a bit of a head scratcher. But all in all it appeared to be a new establishment and I don’t don’t want to judge harshly off a bad first time… food is good whenever you do get it

    This business needs improvement. Upon arriving there for Easter brunch was no host to greet. The table place settings were not set, just a simple white table cloth. It seemed as though they were extremely understaffed and overwhelmed . There were 2 servers and one was filling in as the bartender. There were large Amazon packages by the front entrance , a mop bucket by the entrance to the patio . There was a child sitting at the bar that belonged to one of the employees. The server was a “fill in “ and had no feedback to offer on the food & beverage . The food was flavorful but the presentation was bad. I asked for a medium steak and received a well done steak. Server did not check in on us at all during our meal . The music was extremely loud for an Easter Sunday brunch & the speakers and DJ booth were oddly placed . We were told that the restaurant had been in a “soft opening phase” since January .. honestly the decor was nice but it was incomplete, they are not ready for a hard launch and need to reevaluate what it means to soft open. You can’t expect customers to give grace for disorganization but expect to pay for the value you deem appropriate when the experience & customer service doesn’t match the value . There were empty feature walls where the liquor was to be displayed. There were “workers” walking through the restaurant moving furniture and setting up the patio it was just disorganized and cleaning the restaurant while we were dining . Even for a soft opening you are supposed to provide and present and experience that people talk about and want to come back. I would not come back here to dine.
