Service was not good, things I asked for never showed up (sugar, coffee refill), the food was average. Eggs not poached correctly (overdone). Would not come back

The food was just okay, nothing super fancy or great. The drinks were great. They brought us an appetizer that we ordered and at the same time one of our meals. They then took about 15 minutes to bring the rest of the meals. It was kind of odd since the meal they brought out was the most complicated (or seemed like it would be) to make. The food felt incredibly over priced for what we got. Honestly we came here for a fun experience, and all three of us were disappointed. The best part were the drinks. The rest was not worth it honestly.

Just horrible !! I came out here from sf mace reservations for 844! My child n I caught an Uber there only to find out it was closed for remodeling!! Just horrible had to find a new restaurant and pay for another Uber.

Made reservations, planned a month ahead. Place is being renovated. Website should be updated. Waste of time.

We arrived for our reservation in the rain and were told by the staff of an entirely different restaurant that they were closed. We never received any kind of call, text or email beforehand about their closure. I totally get that things happen, but reservations should still mean something.

Waitress was very rude and short. Seemed like she didn’t want to serve us at all. My fiancé ordered a salad, lettuce was very soggy as were croutons. Friends there for the occasion ordered steak and eggs medium well, steak came out so overcooked it was grey. When asked to return steak because it couldn’t even be cut, waitress had attitude and the returning steak was so rare it was like it was fresh from the cow. Seemed they didn’t want to serve us and if there was an issue with the time, why have open reservations that late and still accept? Called to confirm all the seats and everything but weren’t inviting at all. The venue itself was nice and pink if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that 0 stars.

I am not one to complain about restaurants, but this was a terrible experience. I got totally sold on the cute pictures online. In person the restaurant feels not kept, cheap and cheesy. We went for a 2 o’clock reservation to celebrate a girlfriends birthday. As we arrived, we were greeted with a smell of mop water mixed with bug spray. By 230 the staff stopped coming over and told us that the restaurant and bar were already closed and had announced last call (which they did not) and cleaned so there would be no more food or drink orders. They started aggressively taking our plates and cups away and closing the shutters. I understand if they may have been ready to go but they should not be sitting tables at 2 o’clock if this is the case. We took the hint and got our check I reviewed our tab and the waiter added $50 worth of cocktails that we did not order. He then quickly disappeared so I had to hunt down another person to adjust the bill. We were excited about our birthday brunch, but this place was disappointing.
