Restaurant was load due to karaoke we sat as far away as possible but still couldn’t here. Server kept starting foods on the grill then not coming back so my daughter ended up doing the cooking and serving. We were trying to celebrate our daughters birthday. And she chose breakers. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t a great experience. Probably will chose a different Korean barbecue next time

Service or lack of was not worth what the bill came out to be. Especially when 20% tip was included. Menu that was given wasn’t even updated to what they owned. There are better KBBQ out there! We just chose this location since we haven’t been. We will not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We had our booking at 8:15 pm and though it’s an all you can eat the person serving kept saying the kitchen closed before 9pm..he didn’t even bother to inform us beforehand..will never go back here..such poor service

Enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! Had never been before, but wanted to try something new and different for this birthday meal. Our server Edward guided us through our menu options, and we chose the All-you-can-eat option in order to experiment with different foods and preparations. Great choice! Food quality was very good, preparation excellent, and the atmosphere second to none! We really enjoyed ourselves, and we'll be back very soon to enjoy more delights from this fascinating menu!

Food was good, seems they load you up on the starting meats ti avoid getting to pork belly. We did get to it and enjoyed it. Our host could have smiled more. Seems they don't like giving napkins. Had to ask twice for a table of 5, and only 3 total napkins were delivered. Enjoyed the experience and food.

The food is amazing. Everything was great except our service. Our particular server kept questioning if we really wanted our choice of meats. He kept say eat this all because if not they (assuming management) charge us ur left overs. Which i understand its to lower waste. But we had maybe 3 little strips of brisket left we were completely stuffed and he said "you need to finish that. Before you leave" My guests and i felt obligated and a sense of force was a bit overwhelming. Other than that it was great food. Also we asked for drinks and he kept forgetting our drinks. We also asked for silverware and he directed us to grab from the table behind us so he didnt have to go get it for us. We were poliet but this experience with the server was extremely frustrating.

My group of 12 came here for prom night and we got our own private room for no extra charge so we didn’t have to worry about being loud and obnoxious lol. The staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend for special events!

Really enjoyed this trip to Breakers. Reservation was at 6:15 and we were seated right away. Service was wonderful and quick. Food was tasty as usual and the sides were plentiful, waiter even offered us more! They have added a Bibimbap bowl as a choice on the AYCE, website indicates it's for the weekends, we didn't try it this time though. We selected the $39.95 option for dinner, bulgogi and beef steak were our favorites. Looking forward to the next time we choose KBBQ as a dinner option!

We went to Breakers for a fun night out. It was fun to cook the food at our table. We got the AYCE and it was way more than we could eat! Next time I’ll just get al la cart and get only what I want!

Waiter ~Jimmy~ rushed us the minute we got in giving absolutely NO time to even order a drink or look at the menu. When I complained he said he was new and apologized. But throughout the meal he never let up his pace so I am certain those were management's instructions. The Galbi and the brisket were flavorless, and the brisket, especially was cooked to a crisp. And don't even get me started on the banchan side dishes. He brought ONE little dish of Kimchi, they had run out of cucumbers and there was this dish of little pieces of BROCCOLI - seriously??? The only thing decent was the noodle salad. The ~mandu~ or dumplings were deep fried to a crisp and probably purchased at H-Mart. Waiters were actually RUNNING back and forth between tables, our entire party felt rushed, as if we were at the races, and the constant "are you done, are you done" didn't help either. I will not go to this place again - ever. And by the way, I am Korean!

I made a reservation through Open Table weeks prior to dining. I received many confirmations up to the very day of our visit. However, when we arrived, they claimed they didn't have a reservation under my name. I showed them my many receipts to prove that I HAD made a reservation, and they finally brought us to a table. Many servers passed by our table but none stopped, and we kept trying to get anyone's attention, but to no avail. We waited at the table for 25 (!!!) minutes before my husband finally got up and asked when someone was going to acknowledge our presence. It's like they forgot about us completely. They didn't even bring us water, we had to ask for it after waiting all that time. When they finally took our order, the food came pretty quickly and was good. But we had been waiting for so long, we had to rush through eating in order to make our movie. We had great service during our last visit, but this time was a disaster. We had out-of-town guests excited to experience KBBQ, and felt terrible that the service was so lacking.

First time my aunt in law tried Korean barbeque and she really enjoyed the experience! We had the all you can eat which was delicious and more than enough for 4 people. We can’t wait to go back!

Our server was great and the food tasted amazing! Price was a little much considering the add ons was beef ribs and shrimp but they put a cap on the amount you could get with that option! All and all I had a good experience! Will return but will go with standard option next time!

The very first thing I noticed was the lack of cleanliness. The dust build up on the glass cases that divide the seating was concerning. There are power outlets at the table that were covered in grease and other things. So when they start bringing out raw meat, surrounded by dirt - I was suspicious. The food was mediocre at best. I know there are better Korean BBQ place around this area but my 15 year old wanted to celebrate here. We won’t be back - that’s for sure.

My family and I wanted to try out this place, as we noticed it when we ate at Texas de Brazil on Christmas Eve. We were sorely disappointed. The service was absolutely awful. The brisket tasted like steak-um’s (no joke), and the sauces were not at all up to par compared to other local Korean bbq restaurants. The cheaper of the two all you can eat options was $39.99. Ridiculous price for what you actually get. It took forever to get our side dishes and all the meat came in very small portions. We have been to many local restaurants like this, but this one was by far the worst. I do not recommend dining here at all.

If you do the all you can eat package it was 39.95 per person, prices increasing for bigger parties. Luckily I was just on a date so I got a great amount of food for 90 bucks. Once you start the all you can eat, they put you lower on a priority list, so when you order, order in bulk for the best value, after you order the food takes a bit to get out so it might be good to keep a timer and use the "call" button if you are waiting more than 25 minutes. After the food gets out grilling takes a few minutes but the servers check up with you fairly frequently, and might assist you in grilling your meet, you can also ask for tips they are knowledgeable about the meat that gets cooked and what not(the call button helps you get refills and stuff faster). The food itself is extremely good, and DEFINITELY try the garlic pork belly. The staple bulgogi there is good as well, it was overall a really fun and enjoyable experience so long as you are watching your time you can get MUCH more meat value than what you pay for and leave very satisfied, remember to try to eat all the side dishes even if you don't finish the meat 👌
