   We had the set menu which was excellent value and a really good selection of dishes. The service was a bit slow.

   Knowledgable, attentive and professional team of people. Food was perfect. Went for a special occasion and they did make it feel special.

   “Dont meet your heroes (or eat at their restaurants…) I am SHOCKED that Gordon Ramsay would put his name on the top of this menu. I cannot imagine he would be happy with anything about this restaurant. Applebees quality food, yet charging Michelin star prices. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this place. We ordered the “Wellington Experience” along with the “exceptional wine pairings”. First of all, the appetizers we received were not at all what were offered on the experience menu. To top that part off, the fried calamari we got was really bland and honestly not good. The Wellington was pretty good to be fair. The greens on the side were honestly terrible again. The mash potatoes were alright. The desserts seemed like a huge slap in the face. Could have easily gotten better sticky toffee pudding at a pub next door that would be way better and half the price. Now onto the wine….. £130 for 3 glasses of wine? And to top it off, we never even got our dessert wine. I’m honestly not sure what happened, but our server disappeared half way through our meal and we never saw her again. The bartender was nowhere to be seen either, hence us not getting the last of our wine pairings. I thought better of Gordon and his restaurants, I cannot imagine he would have been okay with any of this.

   The food was poor quality with the steak being cooked ok to medium but the meat was tough. The Caesar salad was very basic and the extra chicken was very dry. Staff were nice and friendly but would not return.

   Concept is good but looked like they were having issues .. food ok when it should be great (especially for the money), waiters very friendly but multiple different interactions asking the same thing, all in all = ok but I’m sure that’s not what GR is aiming at.

    For my first visit, I've tried the Seasonal Set Menu (3 courses for £25 with a mocktail or cocktail). The food was good but not exceptional. I don't think it is worth more than £25. I would not go there again unless there are special offers.
