Table was ready when we arrived 5 min ahead of time. Seated immediately and drinks brought to table promptly. Amazing food that was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend Brazilian Grill 10-10 for sure.
Brilliant as usual. Excellent service and excellent food. Brazil Grill is by far one of the best restaurants in Portland.
To be fair, the venue had a very large party outside of being a full house. Service (this time: bar, general) compared to other times we have visited was very slow. Because Brazil Grill attempts to make each party’s experience unique they should have had more staff in on hand to enable quick service.
The buffet line was cold. Our reservation was for 830pm when they closed at 9pm. However, if an establishment is still seating guests says, the expectation is to have the same quality experience as any guest prior to their seating time.
The meats (save for the chicken bacon) were masterfully cooked and juicy. However the overall selection was very limited compared to previous visits.
Overall we will return as Brazil Grill offers superior cuisine with excellent atmosphere.
We love this place for a unique dinner out & support of a local business!
Brazil Grill has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was on point. We enjoyed our time that we stayed a lot longer than we should & the staff did not mind. They were really friendly about it. Would definitely go back again!
Staff was excellent. Hostess was running around busy all night. The meats were good, but a bit overcooked. Salad bar was stocked, but a few things were empty and did not get refilled. Parking was a nightmare. Nothing anywhere including in the attached parking lot.
So that Pineapple is the BEST.
Food was Excellent!
4 solid gold Forks!
We got to the restaurant and were very excited since this is was all of our first experience here. When we went into the building we were immediately turned off from all the children screaming. The place was packed and we waited to get our reservation seated. As we were waiting to be seated, we noticed that there was a vegetable/salad bar that was so dirty with food all over the bar and a lot of cross contamination of one food spilled into another container pf
food. Some of the utensils were actually in the food container. we need is a couple of kids walking up to the bar by themselves licking their fingers and touching every utensil. I noticed a whole rib other food were on the floor and was walked by a few times from a couple
of waiters but bo one cleaned it up.
We finally get seated and our table was so dirty. Some had food sticking to their pants and all over the table was a gooey, sticky substance that looked and felt like peanut butter. after all of this we were unable to contain our anxiety due to the uncleanness we had to leave.
We are a family of food needs. (Celiac, dairy) they were very accommodating and careful with everything. Out to dinner with the whole family and no one had issues. Highly recommended!!!
I had been there about 10 years earlier and I’m was as impressed this visit as I was a decade ago. That speaks well to the establishment’s management.
It was really good, we will go back, food amazing and great service.
Absolutely love the cuts of beef and the pineapple is to die for!
Just go to Fogo.
The salad bar was sloppy. They never refilled it in the hour we were there. The service was nonexistent. Even the gauchos were inattentive. The food was fine. We ordered the shrimp “side” and after waiting 45 minutes for it, what we got was old stale shrimp slathered in a garlic spread. We couldn’t eat it. The kicker is they use that exact same recipe for the bread. Stale. Slathered in the same spread. Some of the meat was fine I guess but the gauchos didn’t have enough of it ever to make a full round.
Seriously. We should have just gone to Fogo.
Hi, We are so sorry to here about your experience! We do not take it lightly. If you would like, shoot us an email with your number and a best time to call at portlandbrazilgrill@gmail and we would love to have you back for a much better experience.
Meat guys were awesome, waitress was not awesome.
Easily the best Brazilian Steakhouse in the Portland area. I prefer this place over the popular ones here due to being locally owned and quiet atmosphere. The drinks and food is amazing, I come here for business and personal dinners monthly.
Thanks you so much for the review! Come back soon
Servers are so helpful and welcoming! They want to make sure that your experience dining with them is something to brag about!
Just have very minor issues. They don't pick up your used plates that looks like you're not using anymore. And when meats/foods fell into their little disc plate (where they rest their skewer to cut meats for you) they will tell you that you can pick it up. That little disc is actually not appropriate to be getting you're food from, whatever fell on that disc is considered dirty by many "Brazilian grill restaurants".
Brazil Grill was fabulous as usual. Our go to spot in Portland.
Thank you so much for coming by! We will see you next time!
We had a two year old with us. We were anxious to bring her but had no other options.
The food just kept coming. It was awesome. It was delicious. Staff were great.
Thank you so much for coming by! We're happy to accomodate
The food was spectacular! Soooo flavorful! The service was friendly and attentive. We will be back!
We where ignored by all the servers. 90% of the meat going around never came to our table. Had to flag down multiple people to get served.
Great food. Service was outstanding even when they got really busy. 10/10
Always a great meal. We prefer Brazil Grill over the other guys.
Family went to Father’s Day dinner to avoid possible crowds. As Iusual great time . Super service .
Bday celebration, food and staff was great
Great food. Some hard times to understand the waiters. Idea: put stickers somewhere on the tray and corresponding with color dots on the menu so you know which one you tasted.
Had a great time. The manager, who was every overwhelmed, held his cool if not jis smile. But the star of the show was our server Patricia!! All smiles and fun. She made it a wonderfull evening. Someone should give her a better cork screw and a raise.
Excellent food. Great experience and overall atmosphere.
We visited Brazil Grill on a Saturday evening at 5:00pm. The staff was very polite and attentive. The salad bar was pretty basic - there was also a hot food bar on-demand that included some pasta entrees, beans, potatoes, and grilled vegetables. The rotation for meat items was pretty frequent. We were a little bit frustrated that the grilled pineapple was difficult to get access to - you can't really flag anyone down when they have something you want from the rotisserie... you just have to hope that they will swing by your table. We eventually asked someone to prioritize us for getting the pineapple, as we were otherwise full and waiting to pay our tab. It was definitely worth the wait - the cinnamon was amazing. Overall, it was a decent experience but unless you skip eating all day and park for an hour, it doesn't really feel like a good value for the $50/person price. The ambiance is also pretty meh - lots of families with noisy kids watching iPads. Glad we tried it once but probably will not be back.
Loved the food! Coming a bit slow with fewer options but tasted amazing !
We always enjoy eating here! We were not able to find a babysitter for our 5 year old this time, so it was so nice that she was free! And she loved the meat as much as we did!
Not the service one would expect for this price point. Took 10 mins to get water after we arrived. Gauchos kept passing us by and not offering any of the meats. Yet, our party was seated at one of the tables dead smack in the middle of the room and our button was always set to green. Couldn’t help but see that almost every table that did get timely waited on where occupied by white patrons.
Eating a Brazil Grill was an amazing experience. The food was so good ! We really enjoyed the pineapple!
It was my 2nd time and the other 3 in our party’s 1st it was my birthday, food was amazing and I’ve created 3 more continuing customers they all said they’d be back and plan on bringing other people as well
We love Brazil Grill! This trip was no exception. The food was amazing, cooked to perfection. The staff was super friendly and provided excellent service. It was such a good time. Every bite seemed to elicit the word exquisite.
Exceptional value for the price.
It is just ok compared to other Brazilian steak houses I have been to (a handful). Some of the staff are friendly/approachable while others are not very attentive. We were one of 2 parties in the entire restaurant and only saw our waitress twice over the course of an 1 1/2 hours to order drinks.
This was the first time dining in over a year and half and the food was wonderful. I love the precautions Brazil Grill has taken. Would definitely come back again soon.
Server and Gauchos were great. Food as usual was excellent.
The best dinner date night we’ve ever had! Best drinks, best food, best service, best waitress, best ever! We were so stuffed by the end but still couldn’t stop eating because it was so good. And so affordable too! We will be back ❤️
This is our favorite restaurant. We wish we didn't live an hour away! Great food and service!
