   Overall a very good experience. Food was prepared very well and served hot. Well proportioned. Only comments for improvements would be on the wine service at the table. Bottle was opened but no tasting was offered to make sure bottle was ok. Waiter was not properly trained on this.

   The salad was near going bad with black pieces in it; was actually really gross and hard to believe they served it to us. Bread was hard, even when we asked for fresh, fettuccine was Luke warm, had limited cheese sauce and tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while. Calamari was chewy and was very small portion. Waitress barely visited our table, which seemed odd because it wasn't that crowded. Over-all poor quality food and lack of quality service. It was definitely not worth the $150.00 we spent. Shame, this place used to be good. Won't be going back.

   Being going to Bravo for many years… was disappointed in current menu selections…Ordered Shrimp Scampi and Lobster Bisque… Scampi lacked garlic favor and seasonings, no sauce…Shrimp were precooked frozen that when added end up overcooked. Lobster Bisque was good. My wife ordered Grilled Salmon, it was good…

   The manager Eric took a personal interest in ensuring that we were served expeditiously, and our server Ross was awesome. The food was quite tasty and plentiful!

   Wonder experience with our group of 9. Holly was outstanding and kept us laughing. She went above and beyond. I would without a doubt coke again with my group. Food was excellent and filling and cooked to everyone’s specification. Outstanding!

    Was an overall, great nite, from the friendly greeting when we arrived to the good nite as we left, the service was friendly, attentive and everything came at a good pace and as requested..     Our lunch was for a birthday which we noted in our reservation but the staff did not mention it. We had the impression lunch reservations weren’t necessary or valued. The service was adequate but not exceptional. The food was very good and tasted fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly. We ordered cake for dessert and it was obviously frozen, but tasted ok. Menu selection was good but not creative in the choice of dishes. We would return again, however for simple Italian dining.

    To be an Italian Restaurant the food wasn't great particularly the Alfredo based dishes. The sangria was watered down also.

    Had a great time. Although not a quiet restaurant, we could hear each other and enjoyed a wonderful conversation. The waiter was very responsive and even replaced a dinner when it came too spicy hot for him to eat. Even saw an old workmate I had not seen in years. Food was very good with reasonable prices. Recommend Bravos to anyone for a wonderful dinner.

    One of the most disappointing meals we have had at any restaurants. Missing ordered glass of wine, missing grilled chicken on the Cesar salad and served when the meal was almost over, asked for extra sauce and bread and never received any. When the check came gave server gift cards server redeemed them however still charged the full amount. Totally negative customer experience and embarrassing for myself and my five guests

    The wait staff was exceptional. The hostess was rude and overwhelmed since the Sandler Center had just let out which I alerted her of that fact. She was going to put us at a table but we requested a booth. There were many available but she had an attitude about the request. She accommodated but facial expressions say a lot.

    The wait staff was very attentive. Food is consistently good. I would recommend however to get some extra pasta sauce on the side. I have hosted a bridal shower here and everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

    Ordered 3 items. Meatballs and ricotta which was incredibly salty. Ship fra diavolo which had no flavor and 0 spice. The pasta had the strongest taste on the plate. The third ordered item was the pasta woozie where garlic was the only and incredibly dominant flavor. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
