    Absolutely terrible experience. They were out of certain food, servers laughing about us ordering veal, putting glazed balsamic vinegar on the ice cream not chocolate, food came out cold. After all the mess ups the manager never even came over to the table. Will never go back. I knew wee should have probably left when the only had 4 tables going at 6:30!!!

    All of us had something different. From Pasta Bravo to Pasta Woozie to chicken Parm to wedding Soup to salads to spinach Artichoke Dip - all of our meals were excellent. Our server made sure we had everything we wanted. He checked on us several times during our dinner. We will definitely eat here again.

    Our server George was less than impressive. He was not friendly or accommodating at all. We had to ask him to bring us the basics and when we did, he presented with an attitude. We observed him interacting with the other tables and they were given a totally different experience.

    We made a reservation for 5:45 and arrived earlier. We sat outside at first, but it was too loud for comfort. We asked to be brought inside, and were given a table. The young woman who took us to our table was rude and did not even say hello or smile. The young women at the front desk had no people skills and were clearly overwhelmed. Once at the table, we waited for ten minutes for anyone to serve us. I asked a waitress going by if we had a waiter, and she politely said she would find one. The young lady who came to our table was lovely and gave good service but had not even been told she had our table. I have eaten here many times, and the food is quite good, but management needs to pay more attention to customer service and staff training.

    Boyfriend and son went to have lunch one day. They were the only ones dining at first but then a lunch rush came. They had to wait 15 minutes before drinks were brought, another 20 minutes just to ask for bread 🥖, then another 15 minutes to ask for a refill of their drinks. Their food arrived a few after than but the waitress was quick to drop off their food that my boyfriend didn’t even get her attention to order my food to go. He did notice there was another party having lunch who were in business attire and their waitress was attending to them more instead of him and my son. He figured that they must be good tippers, got my food to go ordered and made, finally got the check, and they bailed out. Such a shame since it’s one of our favorite places to dine.

    Overall a very good experience. Food was prepared very well and served hot. Well proportioned. Only comments for improvements would be on the wine service at the table. Bottle was opened but no tasting was offered to make sure bottle was ok. Waiter was not properly trained on this.

    The salad was near going bad with black pieces in it; was actually really gross and hard to believe they served it to us. Bread was hard, even when we asked for fresh, fettuccine was Luke warm, had limited cheese sauce and tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while. Calamari was chewy and was very small portion. Waitress barely visited our table, which seemed odd because it wasn't that crowded. Over-all poor quality food and lack of quality service. It was definitely not worth the $150.00 we spent. Shame, this place used to be good. Won't be going back.

    Being going to Bravo for many years… was disappointed in current menu selections…Ordered Shrimp Scampi and Lobster Bisque… Scampi lacked garlic favor and seasonings, no sauce…Shrimp were precooked frozen that when added end up overcooked. Lobster Bisque was good. My wife ordered Grilled Salmon, it was good…

    Was an overall, great nite, from the friendly greeting when we arrived to the good nite as we left, the service was friendly, attentive and everything came at a good pace and as requested..     Our lunch was for a birthday which we noted in our reservation but the staff did not mention it. We had the impression lunch reservations weren’t necessary or valued. The service was adequate but not exceptional. The food was very good and tasted fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly. We ordered cake for dessert and it was obviously frozen, but tasted ok. Menu selection was good but not creative in the choice of dishes. We would return again, however for simple Italian dining.
