   Food & service were very good. We did not receive any bread with the meal, which was unusual, but maybe now you have to ask for the bread.

   The food was very mediocre. The $7 salad was like a side salad from a Coney Island - iceberg lettuce. Bread was hard. Service was poor as was the ambiance. So many good Italian restaurants in the area. Would not recommend nor will we ever return. Very disappointing. I wasted my birthday dinner there.

   our server Jordan was polite, professional and quick with service. we enjoyed her service. The food was good but a little dry. The pasta should have had more sauce to it. I had to ask for more.

   I love Bravo in general. Come at least 10 times a year to the various locations. The Village of Rochester location has saddened me these last few visits. They cannot cook a steak for the life of them. My husband waited 45 minutes for yesterday's medium rare steak to receive a very well done one. How does a cook not know the difference? This is the second time he has received a filet mignon cooked to death. Yes they offered to make a new one but we didn't have time to wait another 45 minutes and I would have had to go ahead and eat mine while he sat there. Love their flatbreads and pastas. Will never order steak again. Considering they are getting $43 for a filet versus $19 for a plate of pasta, this is bad business.

   We had a 7:00 pm reservation and weren’t seated until 7:30 pm. It was another 15 minutes before a server even approached our table. The restaurant was cold and drafty. However, our meal was excellent.

   Atmosphere is good, prices are reasonable. It was our first time back here in about 11-12 years. But since we only live a few miles away, why not try it again? We had mixed results on the food. The meatballs with ricotta were delicious, as was the wedding soup and the pasta bravo with chicken. The bread was so-so, nothing special. The chicken cape was was tasted like rubber. Tough to cut through. Kylie was our server. When she delivered the bread and olive oil, we asked if we could get Parmesan cheese as well. She said, “well, do you need it NOW?” We said, yes we’d like to have it with the olive oil and bread as well as the ordered dishes. Eye roll. Later when we were given the check, we put our card into the folder and waited for her to come back and take it, and we waited, and waited, and waited. All of this time she was no where on the floor. After more than 15 minutes, I took the check to the bar area and asked if we could pay it there so we could leave. The bar tender instead took the check to the back and a few minutes later the server brought it back to our table. Weak service and hit or miss food. Not something I want to rush back for. I don’t think we missed much by dining elsewhere in the last 12 years. It wouldn’t bother me if we didn’t come back. Plenty of good Italian options close by (Lellis, Valentinos, Alfoccinos, Italia Gardens).

    Great neighborhood restaurant where you can meet family and friends. I like that there are no TV’s and music is low so you can actually visit with each other. Great pasta entrees, especially the lasagna. Enjoy!

    Disappointed in the food. Veal Parmesan was thin, tough and dry. Very little sauce, asked for more sauce and receive about 2 tablespoons, still didn’t cover the noodles for the veal. Chicken Woozie had no taste, and the noodles on top were dried up. We told are waitress, and she said I’m sorry, never replaced anything. It was after the lunch crowd so they were not busy, service was poor.

    Dinner was okay. We haven’t been in a few years but remembered the food being better. Chopped salad was excellent. Shrimp scampi was okay. Shrimp were small and not seared before tossed in pasta. My husbands salmon dish was not hot, like it had set for too long before being served. We were sat at a 6 person booth for the two of us. Not very romantic for Valentines Day. Probably will take a pass going here again.

    Service was great, always is, but the food was incredibly sub par, & made us feel sick later in the night. I thought a 26$ salad would have a bit more than lettuce and salmon, maybe it’s just me. There’s far too many restaurants in the area to waste your time here.

    Great neighborhood restaurant to meet family and friends. Quiet enough to visit without blaring TV’s or music. Pasta was delicious. Portions good. Service good. Full bar. Great appetizers. Enjoy a night out!

    Very attentive waitress. Prices quite high ($20-30 ala carte) and food was disappointing. Chicken tough and over cooked, other meals lukewarm at best. Side salads were good, but expensive ($6.99 add-on to entree).

    The hostess was not very friendly. She seemed very inconvenienced that there were 7 people instead of our 6 person reservation. The restaurant was nearly empty so I wasn’t understanding to the issue. Our waitress was friendly but wasn’t on top of getting plates or ANY refills during our visit.

    We felt our server was overwhelmed- the food had been sitting under heat lamps, our “pasta bravo”, which we’ve been eating for 25 years, had no flavor- our caprese salad was 3 frozen tomatoes with cheese and barely any balsamic- Just felt like an expensive- mediocre meal.

    I hadn’t eaten here in a few years, but it was as good as I remember. The service was prompt and our server was very attentive. We didn’t challenge the kitchen, our order was simple pasta dishes. I will definitely recommend.

    Didn't have several items, exceptionally slow when not even very busy. We love the place, there a couple times a month, so wouldn't say this is the norm, but was disappointing.

    We had a six o’clock reservation on Xmas day. They had no staff. We are regulars here, it is always decent. I would recommend bravo anytime. The fact that they had several no show employees on Christmas is unfortunate. There should have been a manager working the crowd. They could have suspended carry out to better serve the diners that had reservations. We waited about twenty minutes to be seated, then waited at the table about 15 more minutes before we gave up and left. As stated, it’s a decent place, I’m sure this is an isolated incident.

    Went there for a birthday and it didn’t even matter. The service was terrible: the hostess was cleaning tables and trying to seat people. It took her 5-10 minutes to clean one table, which was maddening to watch. The server was slow and seemed very uninterested in being there. We shared an order and she didn’t bring a second plate, she missed a drink order and never came to check on us until we were done eating. Also, She left all the dirty dishes on the table to pile up. The food was over priced and very basic. We will never go back to this restaurant.

    Sadly not a great Christmas Day meal. The restaurant was woefully understaffed. Service was not fabulous but not our server’s fault as she had way too many tables. Some items that we asked for, such as grated cheese, never came.

    It’s a beautiful restaurant in the beautiful The Village shopping mall. However, food really is never good there! The waitress we had was lovely, and the restaurant decorated so nice. Those are the reasons for the three stars, otherwise it would be two or one star. The food is consistently terrible in this restaurant. Another thing was that they sat us right by the backdoor, and every time it opened which was often it was horribly cold! It was a Christmas eve dinner…..

    Must’ve been before Covid-19 that we last dined at Bravo. Limited menu, boring. Finally tried Pasta Woozie; Alfredo chicken fettuccine with spinach - dry as though it sat under heat lamp and disappointing, lacking flavor. Husband’s lasagna was also tasteless. Many of my favorites are no longer on the menu like insalada mista, chicken alla griglia, and pasta Mediterranean to name a few. It’s just another boring chain restaurant. It’s better than fast food, but not worth the money.

    I’ve been to Bravo many times. Tonight I went out with friends to celebrate my retirement. While the food and ambiance was as good as ever, the staff, specifically the hostess, were cold and unwelcoming. I understand staffing can be a challenge but treating guests who are just entering the restaurant as if they are an annoyance is not acceptable. The waiter was fine.

    Service slow, inefficient! Clearly understaffed! Food arrived greasy (eggplant parmigiana) and it and accompanied pasta was cold! Management attempted to resolve, but so disappointed food would be served like that. On Sunday, out of several items with excuse of “after over 100 reservations for the weekend”… Won’t be back! Terrible value with major lack of quality in all ways!

    I understand shortage of help but they were just slow to come to the table, waited 1/2 hour until we had to ask for service. Food was good. The lava cake dessert was sent back because it wasn’t warm and returned the same way.

    Despite how busy the 5pm reservation crowd was…the hostess was so calm and hard working. Our waitress, Taylor, was amazing. We were on a time crunch and she did everything to get us out on time. The chicken parm was amazing. Everyone loves their meals! Will be back!!

    First of all, the restaurant was cold, despite 30+ degrees outside. Felt like air conditioning was on & had to eat lunch with coats on. Waited for hostess to seat us & had to find her again to reseat us at a table away from the door. Husband & I had a Mediterranean Vegetable Salad which we've had before, but it was more like a chopped salad & overdressed. Our friend had the chicken salad & requested no bacon. The chicken was dry & the salad included bacon, but the server did bring her another salad. We are regular visitors to Bravo & this was the most disappointing visit we've had.

    We celebrated an 80th birthday and a 59th wedding anniversary in our group of 8. Our dinner selections were delicious! Our server, Aurora, was fantastic and attentive!
