   We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. Then it took an outer 20 minutes to get our waters. It seemed as if Bravo over booked reservations and did not take accountability for their error.

   The food this time around did not meet our expectations. I was really disappointed that I chose Bravo for Mother’s Day. The chicken parm and chicken marsala were dry. They actually no longer serve the traditional bread with oil. We purchased garlic knots with cheese and they were not great. The experience makes me not want to return in the future.

   Great food. We had a table of 10 and it took. About 40 minutes to get out meal after ordering. Kinda bummed bread cost $4.50 and wasnt free. But ood was good. It was load. With the open kitchen. That didn't help.1 big open room. But overall still a good time.

   Our family celebrated Mother’s Day at Bravo - Deerfield. Our server was excellent. Our food so so. Two of us had a chicken pasta dish we liked. Others had fettuccine and found it tasteless. We also missed the complimentary focaccia bread - now it is an appetizer you need to pay for. All in all - ok place for Italian food but not gourmet.

   Our waitress was very nice but overall the service was slow. I can't believe you are charging for bread now. An Italian restaurant charging for bread! Disappointed.

   We love sitting in the bar and getting "happy hour" martinis. We split the lasagna and chicken parm and love both of the dishes.

   Very good service. Food was delicious, but disappointed that restaurant stopped providing complementary bread and dipping oil. I’d rather see the prices go up a dollar or so. My out-of-town guest, who enjoyed the restaurant in the past, also commented that the warm bread was something they looked forward to.
