   Began with a manager meeting us at the hostess stand with a grumble. Followed by subpar service and sub sub par food. Service much too poor for a moderate restaurant. Disappointing to say the least, especially because we were there to celebrate a graduation. Not one staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming or efficient.

   Dawn was our server. We always ask for her; she is our favorite! Our food was great. Altho we had reservations, we did have to wait 30 min to get seated. We were ok with that.

    We had a great experience tonight. On a busy Saturday night the service was good...not great... but the food was on point...Served piping hot, which is usually a problem at this location and special order was done properly. Loved the food....but drink refills were never offered nor was desert...but will be back !!

    Disappointed that I reserved ahead and we had tables pushed together making uneven surface. 9 people sat in a long line so we could only visit with who was next to us or directly across from us. Where I sat was not flat and I kept scraping my arm on something that was poking up under the tablecloth. Had to get the tables moved out from wall because no room to sit. Hard to see and talk to everyone in our party; while other same size parties had nice round tables. I thought booking in advance this way would give us better seating that what we got. Do Not recommend trying to book for a group larger than 4.

    The service was Okay, the food was great. Mediterranean Veggie Salad was out of the world. Egg Plant Parmesan is my favorite too. I did find some plastic Butter-Brush Hair's on their bread, when asked what they are the waiter comfortably said they belong to Garlic. That was a bit disappointing experience.

    We came here for our Easter dinner with family. It was our first time eating here. The service was great and so were the appetizers, we got calamari, fried ravioli and the spinach artichoke dip was delicious. However our entrees were disappointing, the pasta was undercooked and over drained with very little sauce so you can imagine how dried out it was. The chicken was not seasoned during cooking and then once cooked there were some seasoning pinched over it and it was absolutely disgusting. Sadly we won’t be eating here again. The food was mediocre for a price that wasn’t. I hate to say it but Olive Garden has better tasting food then here

    Excellent Easter Sunday experience. I reserved a table a few days in advance. I appreciated that the restaurant reached out to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, the table was set with menus in place and ready to go. The restaurant was packed, but service remained efficient and of great quality. Our server, Tyler, did a fantastic job managing the party of 8 with plenty of bread and timely refills on all beverages. Our food was fantastic. Loved the experience. Will be back!

    Food never disappoints. Service was very good, attentive. Appetizer plates were not clean though so we were given new plates right out of the dishwasher, which were still wet and still seemed dirty (greasy). It would seem they need a new dishwasher, hence, only 2 stars given for this visit.

    We go to this Bravo! probably once/week on average. We had the Chicken Parmesan and house salad. Very good! Being able to split a dinner is outstanding. We are older and this feature is great! Our server Cory, by the way, was excellent! He did everything right, very helpful, very attentive! Outstanding young man. He deserves recognition. We shall return, as normal!!

    Excellent! I made a quick reservation for 8 and they were absolutely amazing to accommodate us. Brian, our server, and the support staff, were fantastic! They even split a shared ordered for my children onto two separate plates. It was an amazing experience. By far, this is my favorite Bravo location in the Cincinnati area.

    We were looking for meals we could have and also to observe our Lenten Friday abstinence. There was plenty on the menu. I had the eggplant Parmesan with chopped salad and my wife had the Pasta Woozie and asked to substitute shrimp for chicken and the insalada Della case. The server was fantastic, and attentive., giving us just the right amount of service. The taste was great and I realized I needed to take part of my meal home. What was impressive is she took the meal to the kitchen to transfer to a to go container. We did not specify the type of table to sit at, as we usually request a booth. We were seated at a table. It was different but that was something I should have spoke up on when we arrived. The booths are nicer Fr conversation. We’ve been there many times and will go again. All restaurants have had to raise prices due to the changes as a result pandemic. The prices are up, but not too bad compared to some restaurants.

    Our service was terrible. Couldn’t get more bread and water. Waited at least 30 minutes for that stuff and our second drinks after ordering. Food came fairly quick, but before the salads that were ordered- which we obviously would have preferred before our meals. All we got was free salad. Took an 1 hour and 45 minutes for our meal and we were trying to be quick. And we had crabby kids that just wanted bread and water

    6:15 reservation for 6. Checked in at 6:10. At 6:30 checked back and was told, “nobody was leaving.” At 6:45 they prepare a table for 8, which sits open. We ask at 6:50 for update and we are told again, “nobody is leaving.” We ask if the table just prepared is ours, “No, that’s for a 7:00 reservation.” I question why a 7:00 reservation gets a table prepared 10 minutes early while a 6:15 waits for 45 minutes? “My manager decides.” They instead eventually seat us at a round table meant for 5 squeezing my wife in the corner and restaurant employees turning sideways to squeeze past our table the entire meal. The table of 8, at 7, is eventually sat at a different table, not the original table prepared for them 15 minutes early. That preprepared table is broken apart. Main issue is my parents are their 80s and can’t stand in lobby for 45 minutes which is why I found a place that takes reservations, just didn’t know you have to be a table of 8 or make your reservation a different way… The soda machine was out of CO2. Server was actually quite good and positive, and food was excellent.

    It was so crowded that we asked to be seated near the front because of handicapped people in my party. We were seated in front of the kitchen. Because diners at adjacent tables being too close, I was shoved into the table when people. --servers included--passed. Our waitress did a reasonably jon since she had too many tables. She checked us out without offering dessert which we planned on having.
