About
This restaurant had a closed sign. There were other people in parking lot like us who had email and text confirmations. We had to go elsewhere. The nearby restaurant we went to said that Bravo had closed the week before but they heard they were supposed to reopen. Clearly they didn’t and also didn’t inform Open Table! This was a huge inconvenience on a Saturday night.
Made a reservation for lunch. When we arrived, doors were locked and a sign on the door said CLOSED. No explanation of why. Out of business I’d just temporarily closed? Corona virus? Who knows? Disappointing and annoying to have bond there for nothing.
Please remove this restaurant from your website. We got there and the restaurant is close for business.
I think they’re out of business.
The restaurant was closed. Would have appreciated being informed ahead of my arrival 🙁
Great meal! Very conducive for a business lunch and conversation.
Poor service.....seemed to be indifferent to how long we were waiting for our food. Soup & salad were very good but the entrees had sat a long time before they made it to our table.
We had reservations for 7:00, but we weren’t seated until 7:20. They did seat several other parties the same size before us. The hostess seemed to be somewhat confused. Dinner was very good none the less. Bravo no longer has the Romano Crusted Chicken Salad on their menu but when I asked the waiter, he said I could still order that salad. It was quite good.
I've been to this location twice and the staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is always good and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I'm sure to return.
Server was friendly, courteous and attentive. Salad was fresh. Wedding soup was very good. Fettuccini alfredo was good. Could have had more sauce. Pasta Woosie was great. A good meal.
I had salmon. My son had sausage tortellini. They were both excellent. It was my sons birthday so he got free gelato which we greatly appreciated!
Wonderful service
I feel like the place has gone downhill over the last year or so. I requested a specific server on Open Table, my guest got there before me and wasn't in her section, although the service was good. The Lobster Bisgue wasn't hot medium temperature at best. The chain removed an item I used to order when ever I went there about 8 months ago, so I don't visit as much as I did in the past.
The service was fantastic and the food was delicious!
The staff is very nice and polite and they are led by a great manager. I was impressed with the diversity of the team considering the location and typical demographic. I was unenthused about the menu, the food that came out, the cleanliness and the price. A revamp and change of things would be great. I will be back because the staff and the drinks were good but I can do without the food.
Good but not extraordinary. The service was very good. Prices were reasonable but the salad was not included with entree.
I was very satisfied and appreciative of the way the pleasant hosting and managing staff accommodated my dining requests for a party of 21. Tasty entree’s matched with great service made it a wonderful family fellowship. The entire experience has warranted advertisements for your establishment .
Predictable good food! Always a successful meal out. Thank you for your good service.
My husband received the totally wrong order the first time and even when they replaced it, the ordered spaghetti and meatballs with marinara, was served with a Pomodoro sauce. No apology was made for bringing the incorrect entree and the waitress did not even check back with us to see if dinner was enjoyable or ask if we needed anything else. We would have ordered a second cocktail.
Great food, great environment. Can be loud at times, as indicated by my Apple Watch (noise level exceeded 85 decibels twice). Service was good, but sometimes slow. Overall, great experience!
Great time! Great food
I love the new Bravo menu. So happy the flatbreads are back! Lunch combos are a great value!
Excellent food, selection, and service.
We had excellent and attentive service and the food was great. We were celebrating a birthday and we were permitted to bring our own cake and the plates were provided for us.
The new manager Leland is wonderful! He and his staff handled our dietary issues perfectly! Excellent service, and Leland's personal attention was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend!
It was very cold in the restaurant
The food at Bravo is always hot and very good. We had an excellent waiter. He was very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful dinner.
We all had different salads and they were all very wonderful and delicious and fresh. The bread was a little over done but other than that, drinks were refilled and the service was wonderful. The food was very good
The service was just a bit slow but I expected that on Nee Years Eve. The food was very good and it was the perfect place to eat
As previously stated: We were seated quickly. The service was quick. We had appetizers soup, salads and entrees. It was professionally served with curtesy. Our waitress was very nice. Would go again. Calimari was splendid.
It seemed to me that the service was a step slow. It just took a bit longer than I would have liked. The food was very average. My friends sent their tomato bisque back because it tasted like canned tomatoes. My caprese salad was small. My lobster bisque was alright. I’ve had better. Sorry Bravo, it just seemed like everything was lacking.
Food was very good. Service was great. Wish they would bring back the little sesame crackers with the bread basket!
We received a gift card for Bravo at Woodmere and the holidays seemed to be the perfect time for us to use it. We weren't disappointed. In fact, we were treated royally. Our server, Julia, was delightful and professional. She referred a concern we had to her general manager, Leland, who was respectful, personable and generous. We were very satisfied with our Bravo experience at Woodmere as we traveled in from Mentor where, sadly, the Bravo location was closed in recent years. We will return in the future to Woodmere to celebrate my wife's birthday. We know that great service, delicious food and lovely ambiance will await us.
Good service and food. Was seated right away on a Thursday evening.
We went on Christmas Eve for a casual dinner. Service was excellent and food was delicious. We will be back.
Our server; Nicole, was very good. We were a little disappointed with the food. This is our third year in a row having our family Christmas dinner at Bravo and was the worst food we had. 2 of our plates had to be returned, food was cold and other plates were also cold but they didn’t want to return them. The appetizers we ordered were not very good; cold and over cooked. Two of the pasta dishes were coyageulated that when a fork was inserted it was one big ball of pasta nonsense.
I went to Bravo for my 23rd birthday and the service was horrible. I had a party of 10 people and the restaurant was not all that busy that evening. Our waiter took forever to bring our drinks and didn’t even bring us bread for the table. During that time I saw at least two other parties, who came in after us, sat, ate, and left. We waited a good hour before our food came. I spoke to the manager as well, and she apologized for everything that happened. Other waiters had also came to our table to help us, and they were much more helpful than the first one we had. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
The food is decent, however the service is pretty slow. The ambiance and vibe of the restaurant are pretty classy. I highly recommend the peach bellini!
Fast friendly service. Food was prepared properly and was delicious. Waiter and associates staff were fabulous!
Enjoyed the food and could easily talk around the table and hear everyone. Very good value as the quality of the food exceeded our expectations.
