About
We have Enjoyed going to Bravo in Mentor For a long time. Unfortunately this location is closed as of yesterday.
Our server was less than adequate. The customer should not have to ask for water or bread and oil. Our server did ask if we wanted a cocktail but never asked if we cared for appetizers. I told him I had a free appetizer card and he said ~ ok . He later came back and took our drink order. I paused and waited to see if he was going to ask us if we wanted anything else but instead I needed to tell him what we wanted to order for appetizers. He left us alone for a while as we were expecting someone else. Our other guest did not come unfortunately. Our server did not even ask if you were ready to order. We told him our requests for dinner.
It’s unfortunate he wasn’t very good but we will go back to another Bravo because we like their food selection.
everything was good except getting an email that said I wasn't there.
Took 20 minutes to get waiter. Very noisy by the kitchen. Food just fair.
We were there at 5pm on a Saturday and it was noticeably empty. Business picked up a bit by the time we left, but it was still quiet. Had a great, attentive server who hit that balance of being helpful but not in the way. Everyone had good food and was satisfied. The Mediterranean Veg salad is tremendous and, along with the bread for everyone at the table, was a fantastic meal. I'm actually craving it again, and look forward to going back for it in the future. Including a 20% tip for the great service, we spent about $90 for three adults and three kids.
Capreze salad was awesome. Although the lobster bisque was good it really wasn’t what I would like expect. There was no actual left buster in it & a few tiny shrimp.
Bravo is a reliable chain for Italian cuisine. My wife and I eat there with some regularity and have preferred dishes. We both really enjoy their eggplant parmesan and some of their salads.
Our server was top notch. The staff was very attentive. It was a pleasure to ear at this restaurant!
First visit to Bravo. Our waiter, Clint was awesome. We got a flatbread and caprese salad for an appetizer. Both were delicious. My son and I got the chicken parm. My wife got spaghetti and meatballs. We all enjoyed our entrees. Definitely going back.
The menu was substantial and our server worked with us for several modifications. Nice, natural light came through the windows at the end of the day which was very pleasant. Food was good - although the side salad was a bit small for the price we paid. Other than that, no complaints.
Food was very good. Service was slow especially with the restaurant not being busy at all. Overall, we were pleased.
We ordered ravioli as an appetizer that never came. The chicken parm tasted pretty salty. I haven't been to Bravo in a while but expected better.
Portions were small. Wasn’t keen on the sauce from my chicken parmigiana. Thought the sauce was a little too sweet for my palate. It remind me of tomato soup. Other than that, the service was awesome. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and relaxing. The value of the food and drinks were pretty reasonable.
We enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner at Bravo in Mentor - special thanks to Desiree, as there was a problem with the reservation and she made sure everything was made right and saved the day! You are the BEST! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I ordered an omelet off the Mother’s Day brunch menu and it was delicious!
I went with a small group of ladies for a Mother’s Day brunch. I had suggested Bravo because my husband and I have dinner there. I was very disappointed and embarrassed that the menu was very limited with only three breakfast choices. I understand that Bravo may limit their menu on special occasions but it should have been noted on the website. Our reservation was for 10:00 am so we fully expected to eat breakfast. Three of the ladies ordered the French toast and it was cold. Cold French is not very good. A lady came to our table and asked how everything was and we mentioned the disappointment with the limited menu and that the French toast was very cold. She said that she would mention it to the chef. That may have helped the next person but not me. The lady did discount our check but I’m used to leaving Bravo very satisfied but I was definitely not this time.
Love the atmosphere here. Our food took a long time to arrive, but the manager comped us desserts before we even brought it to their attention. Food was delicious, and our server was very attentive, but not overbearing.
Food was excellent and prices were modest - very good value. Our server was excellent! Our table was ready when we arrived. Will definitely return again!
I used to really like Bravo - much more than that "other" Italian chain. But I have to say, the quality of their food has really gone down. We went there for my birthday dinner, and we were very disappointed.
We got a great server. Good food and wonderful ambiance. A little expensive but worth it for a good time.
Server was great. Did not like a dish and was served something else free of charge.
First time here, service was friendly, Food was very good. Plan on returning again to try another dish.
I think they have the best filet in Cleveland. Sorry, Red/XO/Flemings/Capitol Grill....you get the idea.
Our waitress was outstanding. Unfortunately the kitchen staff was horrible!! The food arrived WAYYYYYY late. But the waitress kept us informed and checked in frequently to apologize so we remained patient. After our meals finally arrived, the manager came over to address the situation. Kudos to her and the waitress because I hadn't raised a fuss yet - maybe our body language tipped them off. We were pleased that they recognized a problem and acted. The manager treated us to desserts - yea. However one of the "Hot" chocolate cakes was still frozen! See kitchen staff again! I feel sorry for the waitress - she deserves a better team. The Manager did the the right thing, only to be undermined by the flunkies in the kitchen. I don't know what's going on there. But she'd be wise to fire them all.
We recently celebrated my wife's birthday with family members at Bravo and everyone had a really good time. The food was excellent as was our waitress! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends. I look forward to going to Bravo again soon!
Just a dinner with the fam. Good food. Very good service - Brittany was great.
Everything about Bravo was great! The food was excellent and our server Amanda was awesome!
Quick service, hot food, friendly. Not much more I could ask for. Dishes are a bit pricy but decent portion size
The food took long for our food to come out and when it did and my egg plant Parmesan was so greasy the grease was dripping of if it into the plate ... there is no way I could of eaten that or anybody... I had to send it back it was horrible
Great service. They had our table ready when we arrived. Excellent food.
We have a late night. The food was great service was absolutely terrific. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you❣️
Enjoyed family dinner after a sporting event nearby in an area we are not familiar. Thanks Open Table!!
This was a Birthday Celebration for 12 people for my Dad's 80th Birthday. Service was slow. I believe our Waitress had to many tables. The food was cold. My meal was ordered incorrectly and I had to wait for my food. This was unusual since we have dined here many times before. The manager did give us 20% off our our bill and did not charge for my meal which was nice. This was a nice compensation. But overall was disappointed since it was a special occasion. Was hoping everything to be perfect since I chose the location for dinner after much debate with my family.
Food was extremely salty...Came out late.... Salads were not served until the food came out and manager and server had more excuses than just doing the job correctly
The hostess found our reservation right away. We did have to wait about 20 minutes, however, it was New Years Eve and the restaurant was packed. No problem.
Food was delicious and our server, David, made the experience great!
Our server was excellent and the food was great.
BEST lasagna!!!!! And my Mother In Law loved her eggplant parm.
This visit was 180 degrees different from the week before. Where was our server hiding? The restaurant was nearly empty so what else could he be doing? Terrible experience and I spent about $350.
I was a regular customer for 10 years at this location, but avoided going there the past 6 months due to poor service (even when the restaurant was empty). However, this time I was very pleasantly surprised with outstanding service from Ryan and a very nice introduction the the general manager. I will be back as a regular! An overall great experience.
Food was flavorful. Nice wine list and drinks were good.
