   The food and vibe of the restaurant was great but the service was poor. Waiters were rude and dismissive of customers. Ended up just getting up to pay on the way out after asking for the bill numerous times. Wouldn’t go back which is a shame as the food was delicious.

   5 of us went to celebrate a birthday. Everything from staff, food and ambiance was excellent

   Love this restaurant so much food is amazing service overall is amazing and the decor/ interior is so pretty.

   What a wonderful time we had. I introduced this beautiful venue to an American friend of mine and she was in love with everything. From the cocktails to the service to the food, everything was amazing. Thanks once again for an amazing time.

   The food and setting were really lovely. The service from staff just seemed nonchalant, and not particularly friendly or warm.

   Brasserie of Light is my favourite restaurant and I always go there to celebrate my birthdays and with friends to catch up. The food, service and surroundings are outstanding and I am always made to feel like a VIP

   Always hit and miss, good was great and we were able to have our table early so that’s good. Some service was friendly and others were Not

   The meal quality did not justify the price along with value from the restaurant. The place has a very commercial feel rather than giving a dining experience. The starter was so tiny it looked like was served in a baby dish . The cod came like fish fingers. Worst was one waiter- my husband asked him if his fish would come filleted; and he supervise said ‘is it written filleted in the menu?’. Then he proceeded to say that we should hurry as table was booked for a limited time, whereas in reality, halfway through our meal, it looked like were literally a handful of tables occupied and rest were all empty. Somehow this restaurant chain is always after money

   I've been here twice recently and the staff don't seem to pay attention to the orders . Things missing or wrong.. not much attention ... shame as could be really great. Some of the staff were more attentive than others. The young woman who served us was not great. I'm not sure if I'd risk a third time which is a shame as it has a great menu and is a fun venue.
