Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay offers delicious and distinct French-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

The restaurant features an L-shaped bar with a lounge that flows into the main dining space, and a raw bar with a lit canopy spilling over the tables below. The intimate, 140-seat dining room features blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs and handmade subway tile that entices a classic Parisian feel. Known for signature dishes such as Steak Frites, Whole Lobster, and delicious Raw Bar with Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail.

The mussels and homemade mashed potatoes were delicious! Just like in France, if not better. The waiter was very professional and you could tell the service was flowing. Everyone had a job to do and they did it well. We were surprised that the profiteroles had coffee ice cream instead of vanilla. They were okay. Other than that, great dinner!

We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was prepared well and every dish was exactly what we were hoping for! Service was very kind and considerate and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our favorite dish was the pistachio crème brûlée - perfection!

We chose this restaurant as we are staying at Caesars Palace for a conference and Brasserie had exactly what we needed available. Our server and other wait staff were spot on in servicing our table while dining. Salmon dish was fantastic, tender and a balance of flavors to not overpower the dish in total. I would highly recommend to dine at Brasserie.

Not on par with other Bobby Flay restaurants. The food was basic- nothing special, the service was ok, but not at the level of the prices. The bussers were slow -plates sat for 10 minutes or more. Overpriced A glass of wine was $26 - $50 for a bottle you can buy at the per-glass price. Should have kept Mesa Grill. It was a go-to spot.

Overall, we loved the food, it was exceptional. But our service was not good. We got sat and waited 25 minutes until the waiter came over. We had to get the attention of the busser to get our waiter. When the waiter came over he never apologized until I asked him why we waited so long. He then said he was sorry that the hostess never assigned our table. With that being said, the steak was amazing and all of the sides were so good. We would try again because the amazing food made up for the terrible service. We would give them a second chance.

Disappointed in the steaks … not a great cut of meat and over cooked. Side dishes were very average.
