Went for our 25th anniversary… told them ahead of time. They gave us a card that said Happy Birthday. Food came out all at once, not spaced at all. Server disappeared for a long while. Just an overall disappointing experience with all the other choices we had, we are sorry we chose this venue.

We have come to expect more from a Bobby Flay restaurant, and this place did not deliver. The food was not bad, but it was not overly good either. It was ok. Service was good, wait staff well trained. Bar tender seemed to be working solo, so drinks took an unusually long time to arrive. I hate to nitpick any restaurant, because I know it is difficult running them these days. But when you put a celebrity chef’s name on the door, and when the prices are not exactly “shy”, you expect more. Some examples: French fries for around $15. Were they OMG great? No. They were good. But they were also ridiculously expensive for basically a medium order of regular fries. Chopped Salad: Really not good at all. Poorly executed, overly dressed and all around regrettable. Salmon: Average at best, sad looking on a plate all by its lonesome and overly sweet because of the honey glaze. You want bread at this “Parisian style brasserie”? Well, only if you order an overpriced (and admittedly very tasty, to be fair) baguette. All in all, this place qualifies as a decent, but over priced hotel restaurant. But I’m fairly certain that’s not what most people will be expecting, not what its ownership is hoping will be the takeaway.

Very sad, we love Bobby Flays tv shows and were so excited to eat at his restaurant. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. My wife ordered a $95.00 steak cooked medium. She received a blood red rare steak. We sent it back and requested it to be cooked medium. Received it back and it was black on the outside and still red and bleeding on the inside. I ordered steak tartare and it was the worst tartare I have ever had. The service was very slow. The couple next to us got up and left after they waited over 30 minutes to get their drinks. This place is not a good a value and the food is no better than Outback steak house. Bobby Flay would be embarrassed if he tasted what this restaurant is putting out in his name. They did buy us a dessert and a round of drinks. The manager was very nice but said the cooking staff is new and still learning. Caesars should also be helping them as this food was nowhere near the quality of a Caesars restaurant.

Tony the manager was exceptional in ensuring we were happy with our seating. Our server was outstanding and the quality of food was exquisite / top notch! We had the Caesar salad, scallop appetizer, salmon, wagyu filet, & finished with pistachio crème brûlée. This was by far one of my most memorable dining experiences… ever! I was waiting for Bobby to walk through the door… perhaps next time!

The worst waiter. Did not know any specials. Did not know Oyster choices. Insulted the table about our scotch choices. Never checked on the table. The food was fine. Crudo was way over prepped. Steaks were good. How do you have a restaurant that claims to be French, and you have no au jus?

Everything we ordered was top notch and super flavorful. Had a very subpar tuna crudo at another restaurant in Vegas and this one more than made up for that dish. Would 100% come back next time in Vegas.

I was there for lunch and tried the Steak Frites and Lobster Club. With a Diet Pepsi the total was $94. Such is Vegas. The service was attentive and pleasant but the food wasn’t worth it. The steak temperature was ok but looked and tasted burnt around the edges. I also thought the online menu said it came with a Bernaise sauce but this one was plain. Comes with what looks like a homemade ketchup but it was unexpectedly spicy; I wasn’t a fan. The lobster club looks nice but tasted kind of bland to me until, once again, I got hit with an unexpected jolt of spiciness. It might have been the bacon, or a spread. Either way, it wasn’t a welcome heat. I wish the lobster was more prominent in quantity and flavour. I don’t want to presume but it tastes like it was recently thawed. Some wateriness could explain the lack of taste. Both dishes came with small salads, both of which were too acidic to my taste. Apart from a few thin radish slices they were really just some wet vinegary greens at the end of the day. I appreciate the service and ambience but on the food alone I would not come back.
