It’s a nice restaurant, but did not get a Parisian sense at all from the brunch menu. Bakery items were not fresh. The bread they brought the table was stale, and the monkey bread was not good. I did like my breakfast sandwich but overall not a good value for prices paid.

Chicken was completely overcooked and leathery. Risotto rice was undercooked and crunchy. Took them 30 minutes to find our requested bottle of wine (and they ended up having to offer a substitute anyway). Server was doing his best.

The Veuve Clicquot evening was lovely! The Waldorf Astoria in Chicago is a beautiful hotel. Amazing service & the Champagne was flowing! A little disappointed that sweets were not served to end the evening! Nothing like Champagne & chocolate! I would definitely recommend this & I look forward to attending another Veuve event !

One of my favorite spots for a meal or drinks and time of the day. However, at brunch, the live music was SO loud that we could barely hear ourselves talk. the hostess was kind enough to place us at the furthest table away and it was still untenable

I loved my food but was sad that burgers are not on the dinner menu!!! I did have the ravioli which was excellent but was sad that bread is not included at a place like this. I would have to pay extra for bread—-at a fancy hotel?? Makes no sense.

We loved our experience. We've been several times, this time we went for mother's day and my daughter's birthday. The server was excellent, he always attentive but let us take our time. The food was excellent. I'm a chef so the bar is high. The atmosphere was wonderful, they had incredible live music.
