We made a reservation for 6 on open table but was informed that they do not take reservations and that our reservation did not exist. We were still able to be seated but had we arrived 5 minutes later, we would have never gotten a table with how crowded it was. It was very expensive and very loud. Overall just okay.

We love going to the Brass Rail as it’s one of the only places my wife can eat a gluten free pizza safely,Stephanie has been very helpful to accommodate us and helpful.Camero is excellent with the janitor duties.Our biggest issues lately is getting a reservation.We want to be there on December 17th but can’t book anything as it’s so important for us to be there regarding the food requirements of my wife.

Sandwiches were good, xl pizza was enough for four hungry adults, but noisy but hey it’s a local sports bar, what did you expect? Service was good, server was accommodating even though she was busy. Great location for pre/post events at Ford Field, Comerica Park, Opera House, Fillmore, Fox and the Gem.

We booked this table months in advance to enjoy after a show at the fox theatre. We were seated at a table that had not been completely bussed in spite of being empty when we initially arrived. The waitress was very forgetful throughout the entire evening The pizza was par cooked, a couple of our entrees were “running behind” - they didn’t come out until the end of our dinner so we packed them to-go. Overall it’s not what it appears and we all wishes we had done a little more research to find a more enjoyable experience after. It’s almost that the restaurant knows they’ll make their goals for the night solely based on their location - so why put in the effort?

I LOVE the burgers, the onion rings are excellent and so is the sauce they give you with it. For a downtown restaurant, the price is great too. Going there again tomorrow before the Pistons, can’t wait!

Despite events at Little Caesars, The Fox, and The Fillmore, we were able to get in and out quickly on a Saturday evening. (It helped that we had a reservation.) Pizza was tasty, beer was cold, lemonade was lemony.

Great food! A medium pizza will feed 3-4 people easily. The pizza was REALLY GOOD! The place is a bar with an incredible selection of beers. Nice game day atmosphere. Service was not so good, but the server did try. We will go back and hope for better service!

Food was very good. They only had a limited menu “game day menu “ even though there was no game going on and was very disappointing. The food we were able to get was very good and good size portions. But it did take a long time to get your food.

Ordered a regular and a gluten free pizza. We could tell right away when they brought the pizzas that they were both regular crust. Waited 45 minutes for them to make a new one! Waitress not only screwed that up but got toppings wrong twice. So person with celiac had to just sit and wait 45 minutes for her pizza. Rest of us were finished by then. Waitress was totally unapologetic and could care less. Asked for manager who comped that pizza but doubt we will go back.

I made a reservation for 5 for a standard table. We got a high top. Also, the menu was limited because it was a game night. It is not the food that is advertised on the website.Our waitress began with good service until bringing out the drinks. I requested a special type of hard cider. Also, when the food runners brought out our food they didn't ask if we needed anything else. We all had pizza so we wanted some parmesan and crushed red pepper. Since our server was MIA, I went to ask about my drink and the pizza condiments. I was talking with another server who told me that the restaurant essentially didn't have enough pizza condiments to go around because they were so busy. Also, my server appeared and said my drink was correct but the other server said no it wasn't. I went back to the table. The server came and.said they didn't actually have my requested drink. They did take it off my tab as requested. They put gratuity on the bill already even though it was a party of 5. The bathroom was the final straw for me. The women's bathroom door was open. That doesn't boast any privacy. Thank goodness the stalls were closed doors. Both bathrooms had attendants letting everyone know they worked for tips. It really seemed out of place for a bar. Overall, food was good but the whole experience was not. I would not go back here.

Friend asked for no onions on pizza, pilled high with onions. Our combo app didn’t come out till we were all done with our pizza. I asked for a Malibu with pineapple and my server forgot and I got it right when we were about to leave. Took 15 mins to get boxes after asking. Would not come back

Great location for Comerica Park. Waitress was very nice but the hostess seemed annoyed by seating us. The security dude really didn’t want to be there. Not a great initial impression. Super loud—couldn’t hold a conversation easily. Food was ok.

This place is really bad - from taking over 45 min to get a drink to very subpar food (bang bang shrimp was just plain fried shrimp served with a pile of warm lettuce). A Greek salad was finally delivered 20min after all the other food that had taken over an hour to get, and the bill for two people was over $100. Our friend who ordered the sliders got sick to his stomach within 30min of eating. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I liked the burger sliders, and the location next to Grand Circus Park is nice. Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful. They denied my request for an outdoor table because, and I quote, “the air conditioning is on today.” Good food, good vibe, bad service.

Hostess was very nice and accommodating. Once seated it took a few minutes to be waited on but it was busy and staff were arriving for their shifts. Our server, Annie, was incredible. She wasted no time getting our drink order. Once we had our drinks she took our food order. She checked back on us a few more times until we were ready to cash out. She was super!!!

Made reservation back in April because of it being a concert night. Arrive and get told by one lady they're not honoring reservations. Before I could ask for a manager another lady walked up wrote my name down and said we be the next 4 top sat. After hearing them call other 4 tops walk back to hostest and she goes oh yea and seats us. Food was great server was good. Drinks were extremely pricy. $20 for a double crown and coke, $22 for double titos and tonic.

The food was great the service was terrible. The table beside us was seated after us, saw their waitress first and had their food long before us. When we asked that waitress if she was our waitress we got a firm no and still nobody came over to our table. When we asked the hostess if she could get our waitress (now we had been sitting with for 15 minutes) a heated discussion with the waitresses working the room played out as they argued who had our table. It was a little stressful when you're trying to make the ball game and have planned to go early so you can eat prior. The pizza and food was very good though and I would still recommend as long as you didn't have plans or are trying to catch a game/ play or event.

This is a great place to go before a Tiger game. Short walk to Comerica Park and you pass the GameDay Detroit store on your way! Plenty of parking everywhere. $20 to $30. They are great at accommodating large groups of people in their upstairs section. I did have to call 3 times to confirm because the person who handles reservations never called me back. They are friendly. They do not serve desserts so if you are celebrating ask to bring in your own. The waitress started out nice, but would not accommodate splitting checks at each table by families. She seemed new at serving. Set up in advance how you will do this if a large group. I would still recommend and go back.
