Brasilia Churrasco Steakhouse is the premier Brazilian Steakhouse located in downtown Asheville. Our unique all-you-can-eat “Churrascaria” experience features a 35-item salad bar with hot dishes and a “parade” of different types of meats, including traditional Brazilian cuts, slides at your table by our team of Gauchos. Our menu also includes a wide selection of wines from Argentina, Chile, California, and our famous Caipirinha Cart to complement your meal.

Leonardo was our server & it was an amazing experience. We made a reservation today at 5:00 and as soon as we got there we were waited on. We were the first ones in the restaurant. Restaurant staff were so friendly and took us right to our table. We snacked on the salad bar while they prepared the meat. Even being the only ones there, we were served all meat multiple rounds in less than 30 mins. Leonardo also gave me a new Diet Coke after every 15 mins even when it wasn’t halfway empty so I wouldn’t be drinking watered down pop. Salad bar was beautifully prepared. Meat cooked amazingly, staff so friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Some even can say it’s better than Texas de Brazil. Good job everyone, you got me to like steak even more. Thanks Leonardo for bringing us out a birthday crème Brûlée with a candle. My boyfriend loved it. We’ll make this place a tradition on family vacation.

The service was outstanding and the meats were very good. The salad bar and hot side dishes were okay, but obviously not the star of the show so I didn’t expect them to be. Overall we were happy with the experience.

We always have the same wonderful server. He is amazing. The food is always perfect and delicious. The cold and hot bar are more than wonderful. We love this place. We go here often because of the level of customer service and quality of food.

Our waiter was excellent and very attentive. We chose not to get the meat and went strictly with the salad bar. That was fresh and plentiful !!

I have been in different Brazilian restaurants buffet around the east cost , and I was impressed with their food selection and quality cleanliness, I will definitely recommend this place to everyone that wants to go to the mountains and enjoy some delicious food .

This was a new dining experience for us and it was very enjoyable and fun. The staff made us feel at ease and walked us through the process of ordering and securing the food we preferred. The choices on the salad/hot bar were abundant and well prepared. The meat choices were more than sufficient and even though the meats were prepared a bit too well to my liking, all of my choices were tasty and well seasoned. The staff helped us celebrate our anniversary with a delicious complimentary anniversary dessert. We enjoyed our first visit to Basilica Churrasco Steakhouse and we return with friends.
