South America boasts a rich tradition of open-fire cooking, with each country adding its unique twist through distinct flavors, ingredients, and techniques. At Brasa, we celebrate this culinary diversity by offering an authentic experience in a refined setting. Our goal is to make every meal exciting, vibrant, and deeply satisfying. Chef Edgar draws inspiration from his childhood, particularly the practices he learned from his grandfather's butcher shop, to create our menu. Showcasing a variety of South American dishes, Brasa specializes in premium meats, including Picana, A5 Japanese Wagyu, and whole fish. At the heart of our kitchen is a modern dry-aging process using Himalayan salt and live-fire cooking, a testament to our dedication to the vibrant cultures of South America.
