   We made a reservation for bowling for 9:45pm on a Friday night. When we got there at 9:30 it was a super slow night for a Friday. We waiting by the bowling check in for about 20 minutes before we had to go upstairs to find someone to check us in. Once we got our shoes and our lane it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks. It was odd, seemed like a ghost town

   Great bowling atmosphere. Food available while you bowl and drinks served as well just behind the pony wall separating the tables from the lanes.

   Food was good value, and cook allowed us to get creative with modifications. Great for a person with allergies. Bowling was awesome, and much less crowded/noisy than Langford Lanes-- cheaper as well! Our experience was amazing, mostly due to our competent, friendly waitress. We didn't get her name, but blonde/highlighted hair, and perhaps mid-twenties. She was absolutely lovely. We will come back because it was fun, but largely due to the incredible service!

   Went bowling on a Saturday night with some friends. First of all, the program they use for the score-keeping was very glitchy and hard to use. Secondly, shortly after we finally got the game setup on the screen and started playing, we realized the bowling balls were not coming back after we threw them, so we told one of the waitresses (which took a while to flag one down), and she said she would mention it to her manager, and then never came back to us with an update. At this point we had completely ran out of bowling balls, so we mentioned it to a different waitress who also said she would tell her manager. Then finally, still without updating us, the manager went to the back of the bowling pit and started manually throwing the balls back and then fixed the conveyer system, at which point we had lost about 20 minutes of the bowling time we had paid for. After the manger had fixed it, instead of apologizing to us, he came up to us and said "if that ever happens again just let us know right away instead of throwing all the balls cause it makes it harder for us to fix" and then walked away without offering us extra time or anything for the time we lost from it being broken, or even so much as an apology. We prpbably only got about 20 minutes of actual good game time out of the whole hour we had paid for. Completely unprofessional and terrible service. Don't waste your time or money on the bowling, so not worth it.

   To small of a space. No easy seating. Confusing pad to pick your game and add team names...as too many options. No light enough balls for little kiddos.

   We didn't know about this place and we are sure glad we did. It wad a great father's Day. We liked the lanes and had food family fun. We will be going again.

   Staff member had no idea about our reservation. Staff member was not attentive, never returned to serve us as after 1st drink. Toilet seat in the mens bathroom was broken and on the floor. Pretty embarrassing and pathetic all around.

   3 staff members we saw working. One said we could get food and drinks. She set 3 of us up with shoes and then never saw her again (we had 8 minimum) to then be told that they had a full patio and we could not order food for bowling (we had members purposefully not eat that day to eat here). A waitress went home sick with another one to come cover - You could tell she was stressed getting called in and then to have to serve the whole patio alone and us bowlers downstairs. No one else helped her and due to this her attitude was quite short with us (not her fault). Bowling only lasted 1 hour (which we wanted to stay for longer) but at that point we just wanted to pay bills and leave.

    Truly the worst set up and the worst service. There was only one server for the whole 2nd level, and although she brought our food and drinks to us, she looked like she’d rather be literally ANYWHERE but serving us. And honestly I don’t blame her at all.. if they can’t hire enough staff then maybe don’t be open? I don’t think Victoria is the right for an Alberta-style sports bar with Kokanee and coors and other Big Beer names on tap. Bowling was fine, but it seems to be on a 45 minute timer even though it was pay-by-the-hour. We bowled as fast as we could with two small children but still didn’t finish the game before the timer was up. Or maybe the time started from the moment of our reservation but we took like 15 minutes to get our shoes and I put everyone’s names into the bowling tablet. Either way it seemed rushed.
