Bowdie’s ChopHouse in Zionsville - Wow!! 🥰✨❤️Absolutely divine Fourth of July dinner with my fiancé🥂🍾🎉✨❤️!! Steak 🥩✨❤️, lobster 🦞✨❤️, au gratin potatoes 🧀🥔✨❤️, a variety of appetizers 🍽️✨❤️, and peanut butter chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert 🥜🍫🍨✨❤️!! Also a fabulous French 75 🍋🍸✨❤️ and Old Fashioned 🥃✨❤️ to cheers and start off our meal 😍✨❤️!! We had the best view in the restaurant as well 🤩✨❤️ - A window table right next the garage of luxury racing cars 🏎️🚗✨❤️!!

Comparing to other equivalent restaurants (Capital City Grill) the food was not up to those standards. As far as service, we were sat at a table for four they left the place settings for the extra two, and after we placed our food order, they never took the menus away. Again if it were a Longhorn or a venue of that nature I would not be as disappointed as I am. I will say the cocktail I had was very good (old fashioned) but my scallop meal was cold while the Brussel sprouts were hot and mushy. The steak was nothing special- save your money and have a good steak elsewhere. Moody’s butcher shop down the road has better cuts at a fraction of the cost - but obviously you will need to cook it. In conclusion, some people will absolutely love this place - I would say if you have extra money, try it. We may have just caught it on an off night.

We were seated on outdoor furniture inside which is usually not a problem, except they were uncomfortable without the comforts of being outdoors. Our server was wonderful and did the best he could considering the circumstances. The food and drinks took too long and, beyond the sides, were not really worth the wait. Due to location we’ll probably have to return but will expect more next time after the kinks are worked out. After all, they did just open a few weeks ago and are learning to work together. Fingers crossed for upward progression on this local new spot!

Good food, service a bit slow, room a bit too loud. But we will definitely come again The automated reservation system was difficult to deal with.

We had a great time at Bowdies. Keenan was our server and he was delightful and very attentive. The food was excellent and we will definitely be back! The ambiance was terrific. I hope this restaurant is successful.

Food was delicious, I had a Cowboy Ribeye and my wife had a Kansas City, both very good and tender. We started with the Bone Marrow as an appy, and had the Brussels & Belly as a side. Throw in a few race cars, and you have a top notch restaurant!

Service was outstanding. Food was good but not great for price. Steak ordered medium but came out medium well plus. Bar looked like a good place to hang out.

We wanted to love our first experience at Bowdies as we’re so excited for Zionsville to get a new upscale restaurant. Unfortunately, we were quite underwhelmed from the small menu to the lack of wow factor. With it being a brand new restaurant I hope with more time there can be some improvements but overall quality and taste of food was just a miss for us.

Unique experience, cozy dining room. Food was outstanding, steak better than St Elmo’s . Cocktails and wine list fantastic!
