   Food, excellent. Service, first class. Table lighting awful; having to use the phone flashlight to read the menu. Menu font sizes was fine, but the ambient lighting was so dim, nearly impossible to read without the use of the phone flashlight. I understand setting the ‘ambience’, but the light level!

   Unfortunately we went two days after the 49ers Super Bowl and they were out of several items and 5 out of 5 of our $100 medium rare steaks were cooked medium-well. Not a good showing for the restaurant and $900+ bill.

   This place isn't cheap, you aren't getting out of here for less than $150 per head and that assumes you are very careful on the wine. BUT, the steaks are really great! The wine list is impressive if not very high end; many many bottles over $1500. So if you are trying to stay below some number relative to gifts or policy you need to pay some attention. Our servers appeared to be having a tough day. She was forgetful and a bit scattered but very polite and got everything to us. I would definitively go back and would even consider taking the wife here on a date night. John

   Great location, Levis Stadium! Awesome ambiance. Service was good. It was a good location to sit and have a conversation with a colleague over dinner. But everything else at the steakhouse is meh. Other than the oysters (bad!) the food was generally good, but not cooked to order (med rare came med well). Underwhelming overall.

   Service was very slow. Food wasn’t as I expected compared to my experience at other Bourbon steakhouses

   The food is outstanding! The broad menu makes it a great location for group meetings. Large wine selection but can really add to the overall cost. I will definitely go again.

    I chose Bourbon Steak for a business dinner to host a very important customer. The service was excellent in all aspects - timely, efficient, and unobtrusive. I highly recommend Bourbon Steak.
