Absolutely fantastic!! Worth every penny!!! I recommend the Mac-n-Cheese. Ysobel was our server and she was beyond great. In covid times my expectations seem to be very low when dining out however Bourbon Steak totally exceeded my expectations both with service and food! We will be back.

Service was actually great at outset and the salad and desert were good. The steaks were overcooked. They offered to cook new ones but we declined. After that we didn’t see much of anyone til we asked for desert menu. No one mentioned anything about the steaks to us after the initial complaint. That was disappointing given the price but if they had paid attention they And compted our $12.00 dessert. We would have left with a much more favorable feeling about them.

We really enjoy Bourbon Steak OC. Everyone is adjusting to COVID-19, and they are no exception. Maybe that's all it was. However, we had to wait nearly an hour after our reservation time for our table. Missing a reservation time by more than 15 minutes or so is inconsiderate (both for guests and for a restaurant), but it's especially bad during these times, when nobody wants to be hanging around somewhere unnecessarily. The manager said it was because people were staying at their tables longer than usual; however, our experience was that while our service was very good, it was slow--again, maybe because of the new safety protocols. In the end, as always, we enjoyed our meal, but they need to get the wait times sorted out.

Restaurant provided all the extra touches, french fries with 3 sauces, chocolates and take home carmel corn. Steak/crab oscar was excellent. Good experience.

It was our anniversary and we loved our dinner. Our entree came a little too long after our appetizers but it was the first week the restaurant opened since March. We were grateful to celebrate outside our home in a beautiful hotel.

Three meals a day times many decades of life means that very few meals are truly memorable. Our recent evening at Bourbon Steak made the very, very short list. It began with an anniversary card signed by the entire staff waiting for us at our table; a staff that couldn't possibly have been more appropriately attentive.

There were many extra touches -- a pre-dinner complementary Proseco, assorted tastings, and other pleasures -- that just complemented the night out.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. The meal experience is designed to take place over time so that you can savor and enjoy each chapter (i.e. if you need bread on the table 90 seconds after your fanny hits the chair, head for Cracker Barrel...) and we took full advantage.

Everything is a la carte so you can design your meal accordingly, but the waitstaff is thrilled to go into as much detail as you'd like over your choices, and the pairings that they recommend. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.

The one caveat: all of this service and luxury comes at a steep price. Despite traveling pretty extensively both here and abroad, this was the most expensive meal we've ever eaten. That's why I couldn't give them "5"s across the board.

All in all, however, this was a dining experience we will never forget. If your wallet can take it, we both heartily recommend Bourbon Steak.

From the minute we walked in the door we were impressed with the place. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional & helpful. Appreciative from the moment we sat down learning this was our 1st time at Bourbon Steak. Confident we were in for a great experience, there was no disappointment. Chef Mina has a great brand and this night was the epitome of his brand. Bravo to the team. The food was incredible, the staff was great and the evening was perfect. We will be back soon. It’s the quintessential steakhouse with truly impeccable service. You will not experience pretentiousness in this place; everyone from the greeters to the servers were warm, attentive and very knowledgeable about their steaks and wine pairings. There were 7 of us out on a business dinner/celebration with three Brazilians and an Argentine who were serious about their steaks and couldn’t stop lavishing praise about the food. We shared plenty of appetizers and I had the wagyu Snake River Farms Rib Cap Wagyu steak prepared medium rare; it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Lyle who took care of us was a true assets. His suggestions were spot on. The pace of our meal made it a delightful experience, we were never rushed. We were allowed to enjoy each course with a short break between courses. It was truly our best meal of the vacation.

seated in the bar very dark, did not really feel part of the restraunt.
food was very good, brussel sprouts were very good. ordered a filet oscar wagyu, steak was cooked perfectly, They forgot the Oscar came out 3-5 minutes after the entrees were served. Coconut cake was excellent. overall a good experience. but service was just a bit off.

Overall a wonderful dining experience. Complimentary duck fat fries & dipping sauces were so good. Steak was out of this world good.
Service was excellent; attentive but not intrusive.
Atmosphere is lively & energetic.
You can tell the management & staff really cares that you have an enjoyable dining experience.

The food was excellent but arrived a bit cold. The service staff was slow to respond to our needs. We took the last reservation at 9pm so perhaps their day was just winding down. I will try again at a an earlier time.

We are fans of this restaurant and this location in particular. Our experience on Valentine's Day didn't meet our prior expectations. It's a busy day in the restaurant world and not the best time to visit any restaurant we know but at the prices charged for the special menu we felt that they were mailing it in. Most dishes seemed like good conference/event quality fare. The excellent wine list was the saving grace. We will return but not on a holiday.

The epitome of pretentious and we did not like that atmosphere. We were left standing to wait for a table while others were seated because I made the reservation on Open Table even though we were hotel guests. Then we were shown to a table in the back of the restaurant when I had asked for a window seat. The restaurant was less than half full, but we were asked to wait again and then shown to a window table. We were not offered a beverage, just water. We should have walked out then. When we saw the menu we were shocked at the prices, $150 for snapper. Instead of bread they provide seasoned fries. I mentioned to the waiter I’m on a low salt diet, but was not offered an alternative. The menu was limited, I ended up ordering oysters and salad. My husband ordered the lobster pot pie, it was too salty even for him and his side order of Brussels were charred and too salty, inedible. The creme brûlée dessert was the best part of the meal.
Even though only half full the restaurant was very noisy, acoustics bad. The next table to us had to shout to be heard. The staff was overly attentive, too many of them, constantly interrupting.
This was a mediocre meal at an outrageous price. Food is not that important enough to pay these prices.

Incredible food, perfect drinks, awful server, great server assistants. Our experience was exceptional until I wanted to order another round of drinks... couldn’t get our server’s attention. She opened two bottles of wine at the table next to us over a 35-45 minute span and kept chatting them up, but could’ve absolutely cared less about us. I tried flagging her down 3 separate times. During that time we enjoyed our wedge salads, and the fantastic duck fat fries, but I unfortunately found myself sober while staring at the coolest wine display I’ve ever seen. It’s honestly too bad. Our steaks were delivered, exceptional filets, my wife loved the peppercorn sauce. We finished our steaks before our server came back to the table. As a side note, we always had water and our table was impeccably cleaned between each course by the server assistants. We saw them more than our server. The mud pie was outstanding, we loved the presentation. All in all, the food was 10/10, but I’d be hesitant to come back because of the service.

The meal was absolute delicious! My wife and I shared a salad, an aged T-boned steak, fingerling potatoes, asparagus, a dessert and we each had two sodas. The bill with tip was about $285. The food was excellent...all of it! But the pricing is, quite frankly, over the top!

We were celebrating a few milestone events with our friends. Staff was very attentive, checking in regularly on our meal. Food was beyond fabulous. Special touches included a complimentary appetizer as well as champagne with our dessert. The team made it a very memorable night!
