Service was great. Diaz and his server team killed it. Food was very good. But for the poor treatment from manager/James, would’ve been 5 star. Just some vibe-killing dismissiveness with a little nastiness. We asked to reduce the corkage fee from $500 to something more reasonable and were given an oddly rude/aggressive ‘no’. We’d be okay with the ‘no’ - but didn’t deserve the attitude that came with it. Our group didn’t let it ruin our night and Diaz was a great server. 10 locals likely won’t be back. Lots of good options in LV- where management treats customers better.

Staff is poorly trained and poorly managed. Beef quality, taste, and presentation were unimpressive. Service was abysmal: management did not foresee a 7pm surge in guests due to a House of Blues concert starting at 8:30 (100 feet away…). This restaurant is way below Michael Mina standards and needs intensive work.

The food was terrific, the steak one of the best ever. Loved the creamed spinach poptart. Found the mac and cheese disappointing but everything else was top notch.

an outstanding meal and experience! We really enjoyed our dinner there with friends. The food and service were both amazing. The fact that it was inside our hotel and walking distance from the lobby was a bonus!

Our first time visiting Bourbon Steak in Las Vegas. It didn't disappoint! The place was a vibe. The food was excellent and our waiter was a wonderful frenchman. The service was impeccable- true to the brand.

The server disappeared and I had to look at an open closet all night that had exposed wires coming out of what appeared to be a server rack. The food was okay but there are so many better places in Las Vegas that I wouldn’t waste my time or money going back.
