This new restaurant with its Michelin star chef is a great addition to Delray Beach! It’s located inside the Seagate Hotel and when you walk in to the lobby/check-in area there’s a subtle luxury hotel sent of fresh cigar leaves which is fitting nicely to the name of the restaurant; Bourbon steakhouse! The decor has a lot of brown tones with golds and a reflecting ceiling, a grand bar area and a lot of wood and leather integrated. We were greeted friendly by the hostess that brought us to our table that had an anniversary card for us, signed by the whole restaurant team! And the waiter brought us champagne right away that surprised us very positively! (I love making reservations on OpenTable) My husband ordered the smoked old-fashioned and the presentation was fabulous with being smoked right at our table. He also ordered the New York strip, which was one of the best steaks! I ordered the only rosé on the menu, which had a fresh taste just what I wanted. I got the chilean sea bass (corvina) and it was so tasty I devoured it. We also got the duck fat fries on the house and they were fried to perfection! All the three dips were amazing with the truffle one being my favorite! I would definitely go there again for the food! And I hope they will get a happy hour soon…
