   The food was not flavorful enough. Too much like a chain food experience. This is New Orleans and the food should be of a higher quality.

   It’s always a great lunch place to get in and out and back to work. Very friendly staff and good food. I would definitely recommend business lunches here.

   Today's visit was horrible. I made a reservation for 1:15, arrived at 12:50, and was seated right away. However, I was not greeted by a server for over 10 minutes. When we were finally greeted, we were told that the bartender, Rayel, was our server. I became extremely upset because she saw us sitting there for more than 10 minutes and didn’t acknowledge us at all. We were then told she was new and that they were "basically in a rush," but that was a poor excuse. Had Rayel simply told us that she was by herself and would be right with us, it would have made a big difference. Instead, she just looked at us and continued on, which was unacceptable. The team leader, whose name I do not recall, was very pleasant and tried to make things better, but we were already frustrated from the start, so we decided to leave. I probably won’t visit this location again for a while, as each visit has been very disappointing.

   Ala, our server, was attentive, informative, & engaging. Everything tasted good and presentation was inviting. Servings were adequate while the offerings seem a little too pricey.

   Great food and service today. The pork chop was excellent and my mother enjoyed the crab cakes. Boulevard doesn’t miss.

   Wasn’t crazy about the coleslaw. My lady had a loaded potato that had something weird in it. I expected a little better with the food but it was average tasting. And the worst was getting coffee that tasted like it’s been there all day.

    Love Boulevard, first time at this location. They were extremely over booked, but the staff handled the situation well, from the host to the server. I will give this location another try on a regular day and not a holiday.
