Permanently Closed - The concept behind Bouche on Bridge restaurant and bar was born from a desire to create an approachable fine dining experience, along with impeccable service and zero pretentiousness.

The venue offers beautifully refined service and fine dining fare in a slightly more relaxed environment - it’s somewhere where you can go for lunch, dinner or a casual drink - not just a special occasion. The kitchen is the heartbeat and is led by Executive Chef Joachim Borenius (ex Pei Modern & Per Se - New York) Bouche is making a significant dent in Sydney's dining scene.

Our 80-seater restaurant’s interiors were designed by architect Quinton Lloyd of RAD studio and are sophisticated but also raw, honouring the building’s 130-year history.Our 60-seat basement wine and cocktail bar is a destination on its own, featuring a weekly, rotating bar menu of sophisticated bites, oysters, cured meats and cheeses perfectly complemented with a dynamic drinks menu.We accept all payments including Bitcoin & UnionPay .
