   We found this place by doing a yelp search! Was able to snag a last minute reservation. We were very impressed with the ambiance and the menu. Mary was our server and was super nice. She offered us recommendations on drinks and food which we took her up on and we were 100% impressed. We got the short rib, chicken and cheese dip, fries, and the pork candy. Everything was well seasoned. The short rib were fork tender. The fries perfectly crispy. We ended the night with the beignets with lemon curd. Dear god that was delicious. Overall a fun atmosphere with delicious food and drinks!

   We were looking for a restaurant close to Segerstrom for an early dinner after seeing Hamilton and came across Bosscat Kitchen. What an absolute gem! The ‘vibe’ of the restaurant was beautiful, upscale but very comfortable. Service was good, but the food was the big hit. Our party of six had: Boss Burgers, 12 Hour Short Rib, Steak and Shrimp, Spicy flattened chicken and the chicken and sausage pasta. For appetizers we had the Mushroom fries, Nachos and a side of their fries. For dessert we had the beignets. (We all went home with leftovers) Everyone was very happy with everything we tasted. I had the 12 hour short rib and it was melt in your mouth delicious. Two people in our party had cocktails and not only were they beautiful but both said they were very delicious. All in all, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

   Food was amazing! The vibe was perfect! Good music and not too loud’ perfect brunch/ lunch spot.

   The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Very extensive brunch menu and full bar. The specialty drinks were delicious especially the "afraid of adulting" bourbon coffee. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

   It’s been a while since going to Bosscat! They never disappoint! The food was delicious and my cocktails were perfect. It was a great catching up with old friends at one of my favorite restaurants!

   In general pretty good service and location - reservation was taken fairly quickly over the phone and we (party of 5) didnt wait long at the door. The server was quick and courteous - most of us had the boscat burger - mine - the french fries were a little over cooked and not a big serving. The burger was a little off - the bacon (?) was a little burnt but all in all ok. It was also a little dark in the area where we sat. Its a quick nice place to take clients/friends to and they validate the parking so, i was ok for the overall experience.

   BC's servers are always super courteous and helpful. Marry that up with great food and atmosphere, and it's a great place to be.

   I’m in Irvine for business a few times each year. I always make a stop at Bosscat Kitchen. The pork chop is fantastic!

    Great service. Good bourbons, the house specialty. Fair prices for the area. Loved the French dip. Bignets with lemons are divine
