Ring in the New Year with the most exclusive New Year's Eve experience in Aspen. Chef Barclay Dodge has prepared a 10 course tasting menu showcasing all of our most inspiring cuisine from 2023. Highlighted by inventive courses including Caviar, Truffles, and A5 Wagyu Beef, this is a menu not to be missed. Expect to be greeted with Dom Perignon, Caviar, and our welcoming staff. A warming beverage (non alcoholic available) while you enjoy the 8pm fireworks is also included. Please note all dietary restrictions must be properly communicated to the restaurant and approved ahead of time so that we may accommodate you.

We went in with very high expectations and Bosq exceeded all of them! The food was absolutely incredible with fresh, unexpected ingredients. The staff were so friendly and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend the wine pairing with the full tasting! Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Superb multi course culinary experience. Each dish was outstanding, beautiful to look at, unusual and delicious. Service was direct and not pretentious but super well organized and correct. A lovely experience. Cost was commensurate.

I’ve been wanting to try Bosq for a while now. I thought the last few days before the shoulder season closure, with changing leaves and outdoor seating would be lovely. And it was. It was magic. The foie gras was heavenly. The duck was divine. The watermelon plate was the absolute best dish I’ve had all year. All the plates were simply other worldly. The servers and head chef just sent the experience over the top.

An exquisite experience. Staff, food and beverage pairings were sheer perfection. While incredible foods and drink, it still has a casual feel and the staff makes you feel welcome and a part of the family. I know it's a huge splurge for a meal, but if you can get a reservation...do it! One of my most favorite meals in my life.

Neat dining experience at Bosq. The service was outstanding. The food and wine pairings were delicious. The layers of flavors in each dish were very creative and we loved the local aspects of the food sourcing. Highly recommend the butterscotch dessert. My only negative is the small portion size for each dish. Each one is a few bites. The scallop entree is one scallop.

Great food! subtle and bold flavors. Taste of fermentation all over the menu. From start to finish the meal had balance, surprises, and subtle nuances. The staff was extremely hospitable and clearly ecstatic about the michelin guide recognition. They delivered the best service and experience in Aspen, maybe even throughout Colorado.

Exceptionally average. We dined here just a few days after they received their Michelin star, so we were very exited. Unlike every Michelin restaurant I’ve been to, the food and presentation here was very unimaginative and quite ordinary. I had the duck for my entree as I believe when any fine restaurant outs this on the menu, it’s a must try. The duck here was over cooked and tasted gamely. It was truly baffling. My friend ordered the scallops entree and it was actually only a single scallop. Not what any restaurant would call an entree. There are many other options in Aspen that outshine this establishment which makes me wonder how this was chosen by Michelin to be one of only five in the state of Colorado awarded a star this year.

Excellent four course meal. Exquisitely prepared and presented. Stand outs were the squash blossom, the scallop and the butterscotch pudding. Another nice touch was the blankets on the chairs. Highly recommend.

There is a lot to like about what Bosq is doing! They are truly supportive of local agriculture, which is very rare in Aspen and the chef/s are talented. Most of the dishes are very good. What has been such a bummer over time is that the price to amount of food has gotten impossible to justify for anyone with a normal-ish budget. I was starving after the 4 courses last night and we remember the days of wonderful bar menus or generous portioned apps! To top it off, the service was very average. We’ve been supporting this place for 7+ years now and it honestly has reached a point of hilarity for the tiny amount of food for obscene prices. We’d be here once a month still if it had a bit of the old Bosq, mixed with the new. I’m sad to have lost one of our fav restaurants in town.

Bosq is the best restaurant in Aspen, hands down. Chef Barclay is so talented in ways you just don’t get to experience very often. From the food to the service, we are more and more impressed every time we eat there. Our server (and Assistant General Manager) Natalie made my husbands birthday so special! We loved chatting with her and the level of service she and everyone else on their staff exudes is incredible. If you’re looking for a stellar dining experience, you have to go to Bosq.

Bosq is an experience that must be tried to be believed. The creativity of the dishes and the blend of nature with food was second to none. It is as good as you think it is. My only issue was that I wish the food had been a bit more substantial and would have appreciated meeting the chef after the meal. Outside of that, this is truly the best meal I have ever had. Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Aspen.

If you want cuisine with true original thoughts, perfect service by the whole team(especially Hannah) and an atmosphere of inspiration then go to Bosq. Be sure to bring a date that's out of your league and level the playing field.

Top notch in every way. Service is cohesive and no detail overlooked. Cocktails were beautifully presented and tasty. Ordered 5 course tasting experience. Each selection is so thought out and a collection of flavors unlike anything we’ve ever tasted. Favorite was the heirloom tomatoes with caviar and salted caramel dessert. Thoroughly enjoyed the staff, so knowledgeable and kind and funny. Thank you for the experience, Michelin is for sure in your future!

A must try fine dining experience in Aspen. If I were the Michelin, I will give Bosq 2 stars without hesitation. The food is superb and the service us outstanding. The highlights for me on the menu were the lobster and the peach dessert. The lobster was cook to perfection e, and the dish was as good as, if not better than the ones I had in some Michelin 3-star restaurants. I will finitely come back to Aspen soon, just to dine again at Bosq.

By far our favorite restaurant in Aspen and ranks in the top 5 in all of our travels! The food is high quality, cooked to perfection and with inventive sauces and presentation that changes each time we dine here. The service is impeccable too. We have referred many others to Bosq and they all rave about the food experience.

Great meal. The food was truly innovative and unique. Service was great as well. I will say overall value felt a little lower than expected compared to similar multi-course fine dining experiences we’ve had in Cape Town, Paris, Seattle, and New York. That said, this is Aspen, and the fact you can find a truly unique menu delivered excellently and be near par with heavyweights on other continents and across the US maybe means you should definitely enjoy a meal at Bosq when you’re in Aspen next.

The food was outstanding with unique offerings. However, the service was impeccable. The entire staff was working to take care of you from waiters and waittresses, to managers, to hosts, etc. Everyone pitched in and kept things flowing. We always had a drink, and we did a lot of that. This is a unique experience and I would recommend it.
