   Sommelier, Nick was outstanding. He did a great job explaining the pairings. Food was exceptional. Server was good, just a tinge of attitude. Overall great experience- pricey although consistent with other Aspen restaurants.

    An interesting concept — build your own tasting menu — wonderfully executed from kitchen to table side. Endlessly creative courses artfully displayed and accented by a first class wine list. Went for a family birthday celebration and couldn’t have been more pleased.

    Dining in and off the mountain is a culinary delight in Aspen so restaurants need to keep up their game and unfortunately Bosq disappointed for the second time. Despite masterful artistry in food presentation their attempts at complex inspirational food was mostly mediocre and lacking in flavor. How did they manage to cook my husbands lobster perfectly and serve mine raw, steak and every accompaniment was cold, how did they not notice they served us burnt bread when no one around us had the same. With a mandatory expensive tasting experience I would recommend all the superior other eating options around!

    The food is stunning to each of the senses! The chef is a genius who continues to create an ever changing tasting menu. The service is friendly, professional and sophisticated but never gets stuffy. The Interior is small, cozy and beautiful. There are several great restaurants in Aspen. If you are a foodie, however, this is where you want to dine.

    We sat at the bar and Daniel was very patient explaining all the courses and dishes while manning the bar. I would have never thought I would enjoy the dishes that we were served. Food was beyond amazing and Daniel (and the bar back) really made our experience. We can’t wait to be back.

    The food was excellent. The service very attentive. The portions were very small. What I did have a problem with was, the restaurant is very small and the tables are close together. The sommelier was knowledgeable but when describing the wines to the table next to us he should have been standing at the end of the table, not in the middle where his backside was in our faces while we were eating. Something was said but it did not change. Also on the bill was added a 3% charge for the kitchen staff. I find that offensive because that says to me that the kitchen staff is not being paid enough. Recommend, don't add it without permission.

    Our Valentine's Day tasting menu was absolutely superb! Bosq remains our favorite restaurant in Aspen.....great food, great service, great cocktail and wine selection. All we can do is say thanks for such a wonderful dining experience!

    The food was incredible and the experience amazing. We got the 5 course option, and shared most things between my wife and I. Their sommelier was really helpful when we asked him about our wine preferences, and the waitress Emma really great. The truffled potatoes were a bit disappointing but otherwise the meal was fantastic!

    Absolutely amazing service, food, and ambiance. If you’re looking for a very locally grown menu and prepared is unique ways, this is the restaurant for you! The tasting menu is the perfect size, not too much food like some other tasting restaurants. The entire staff was very friendly and had great conversations with our table(not awkward forcing their way into the conversation like some staff at other places do, a real genuine conversation) Another review complains about the “expensive add ons” but At least when we dined the the only additional charge items on the menu was a full caviar dish, and a dish covered in freshly grated truffle(the truffle potatoes are well worth the extra $) but in my opinion these two dishes justify their additional charges based on the ingredients alone! When I am back in town I will definitely find myself back here.

    Overpriced for what it is, lobster dish had no lobster flavor, sauce overpowered the entire dish. elk was dry, had good flavor. Caviar also had a sauce that overpowered the caviar flavor. Drinks were amazing! Service was weak.

    I believe this is the best restaurant in Aspen. The food is excellent AND creative, using ingredients representing the local area. Other restaurants may have excellent food in Aspen, but this one has inventive dishes - they don’t just serve a steak or rack of lamb. Service was excellent. The lighting and ambiance are perfect. It is not noisy (which so many places are these days). They cover all the bases and I will be back. It was my birthday as well as there was a very nice “surprise and delight” moment at the end.

    No meal is perfect, and what is the point of writing a review if not to recount some imperfection. Last evening meal was excellent but for one imperfection: the elk tartar. It was a compotey mishmash without a discernible elk flavor. Otherwise, excellent. The beef tenderloin was made perfectly.

    We had been in Aspen a week at this point and our friends were tired and planned to skip dinner this particular night. Well, by the end of an amazing dinner, they thanked me for guilting them and forcing them to come out. Basically a perfect meal, and perfect service. We’re foodies, and had already hit every top restaurant in Aspen, and Bosq won hands down. Thank You Bosq for a wonderful, original and creative meal and making me look really good.
