The American steakhouse is an iconic restaurant institution. We’d wanted to tell that story for years, but waited until we had the skill, talent and ability to execute it properly, and the right space to be our canvas, an important corner in Little Italy, a neighborhood where we have deep roots. We brought an almost academic appreciation for steakhouse history and tradition to Born & Raised, while trying to stay relevant and authentic to ourselves and our city. Our dry-aged beef pays tribute to earlier, earthier, pre-government grading practices and is the centerpiece of a meal best savored at a slow pace. A timeless celebration of everything that makes restaurants so special. - Consortium Holdings. A 4% surcharge is added to all guest checks.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time so happy to have been able to get a reservation. The food was delicious! Loved the table side martini cocktail prep and the table side Cesar salad prep.

SO SO SO GOOD! Love coming here for a special occasion! The Japanese wagyu and the macaroni and cheese are so delicious! And the staff were all so welcoming, each one wishing me a happy graduation

our server was Denisse and she was absolutely amazing! shes so sweet, lovely, helpful, always there for us, really made our entire experience the restaurant was just stunning, the upstairs, downstairs, all of it was beautiful and had the most absolute detailed touches. the FOOD was just unbelievable. definitely the tastiest i've ever had. as simple as a ceasar salad is - this was the best one we've ever had. we also had the steak sampler which was just amazing - along with the snow aged wagyu - the most delicious steak we've ever had. and everyone there just made us feel at home and so welcomed. we also had the carrot cake at the end which was also the most delicious carrot cake we've ever had. when denisse walked away from us, my husband and i turned to each other automatically and said at the same time "shes so cute" we absolutely adored her!

The food and service were amazing. We had dinner and then went upstairs to the bar for drinks and cake. Everything was so lovely and everyone who works here is thoughtful.
