   Our server Deedee was fantastic! She was friendly, engaged and answered all of our questions. It was a business dinner and she made everything great with her professionalism and friendly personality.

   Nothing short of amazing. We’ve been here a couple times, and had the steak sampler last time. Already coming back for more A5 Waygu. The service is fantastic, attentive and friendly as well as knowledgeable. But the food is the star. Great table side Caesar salad. The fresh baked bread loaf is so flavorful and soft. They serve excellent cocktails with a bar upstairs on the patio and one downstairs. The desserts are amazing. I’m actually going back tonight and from what I understand you can add additional waygu cuts to the sampler. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

   Our experience at Born and Raised was mostly impressive—until the very end. The food was excellent - each steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides were delicious too. The ambiance lived up to its reputation, and our waitress was so nice attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the meal. However, we were deeply disappointed by the inflexibility at checkout. As a group of six, we requested to split the bill individually (paying only for what each ordered). To our surprise, the staff refused, citing an inability for the restaurant to accommodate this. For a restaurant of this caliber, such a basic service oversight was baffling and left our otherwise stellar evening on a frustrating note. Worse, when settling the bill for our two tables (6 and 5 guests), they mixed up the payments entirely - charging our cards to the wrong table’s tab. How does this happen when cards are handed over WITH the corresponding checks? The lack of basic organizational skills at this payment point was staggering. A shame—such small details could’ve made all the difference.

   The food is tasty and serving people are enthusiastic to help us from every perspective, from understanding the specials to fully incorporated to meet our preference in diet. However, when it comes to paying the bill, the system cannot split the bill into multiple orders which makes it impossible to reimburse from company account on individual basis. This is extremely inconvenient. Moreover, the waitress has messed out the paying cards. The bill was charged to the wrong card.

   Service was phenomenal! Unfortunately it took over an hour and a half for us to get our steak sampler and when it came out it was cold. Ambiance was good

    We are so bummed about our experience. We chose to come to born and raised for our 1 year anniversary and it was not worth it. The food wasn’t good and the server was terrible. He rarely checked on us and made us feel bad if we didn’t choose any of his recommendations off the menu. He never asked me if I wanted another drink and only directed his service towards my husband. We will never come back and regret coming here. So expensive for what it is. $300 later.
