Drinks were great. Food was good with great portions. Desser was meh. We ordered beignets but got fried puff pastry instead.

Sunday Drag Brunch was amazing!! Wildly entertaining, very personable with getting the entire room involved. Would highly recommend for a birthday/bridal party etc. Buffet selection was just okay (scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit)

First time attending the Drag queen brunch and we WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. Our table was ready when we arrived. Easy process to book reservation. Brunch food was hot, plentiful and good. Price was reasonable. Entertainment was outstanding. We really enjoyed the Drag Queens, all of them. We were there celebrating a friends birthday and it was a perfect day. We liked the interaction with the crowd, We will be back soon for another fun morning.

Everything was great except for the food. Dishes were wildly different sizes and the menu wasn’t all that accurate to what you got

The taste of the food was outstanding and the portions were perfect. The only issue was associated with the food temp. Our appetizers and main course were not hot. I believe this was an issue with the server. We did return our main meal to refute and when it came back it was out. The manager stopped by to apologize and comped our drinks. I would definitely give this place another shot.

Superb cocktails! Excellent appetizers. Will be back as often as I can.

The show was amazing. The food & service could've been better but overall we enjoyed the show.

My experience at Bookmakers was the absolute best. Was there for the Drag Queen Brunch and to celebrate my birthday. We were a group of 15 and enjoyed every moment. From beginning to end. The show was phenomenal. Kudos to the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, personable and very professional. Already planning another girls day out for the drag queen brunch.

Bryson was super accommodating to me from the first email about my event to when we got to the establishment. The ambiance is wonderful. The drag show was super entertaining. The brunch was good. The drinks were yummy. My whole party of 12 had the best time. Thanks for having us!

Love the show every time! The performers are fabulous and everyone is so welcoming. Love how they get the audience to participate. By the time its over you've made new friends! The food is fabulous and the drinks...just keep on coming. The waitstaff are very professional and very attentive. Thank you...keep doing what you're doing...and we'll be back!

I would 100% recommend the food and cocktails here. What I would not recommend is you being there past 9pm on a weekend night because they have live bands, and at least the one we saw was very untalented. We would have stayed longer, but the noise level and lack of quality of the band made us leave early. If you have a 6 or 6:30 reservation? Perfect.

Terrible service - waiting too long

The food was really great- I would like to see a wider selection but no complaints.
Our server was not very warm or informative. I was hoping for a higher end experience. The restaurant felt more like a club with specialty cocktails, instead of an upscale food and drink experience. I would visit again but there is definitely room for improvement with not a lot of effort.

Had a great experience - went for bourbon and some dinner. They had CYPB, so I had to have it. Food was very good too 😃

Avoid, the service was lackluster. The food just ok, better places in Federal Hill to try. Skip it.

Really great food and live music

Although we had a reservation, we were not informed ahead of time that we would not have a server to accommodate our party. We were seated but had to order our food and drinks directly from the bar. It was extremely inconvenient

The food at this spot is not worth eating. The meat in the chicken tacos was so dry it was like eating dust. The pot de creme I took home for my daughter was placed in a plastic container that smelled like spring onions. It was absolutely gross. I had wagyu steak which the chef overcooked. What a shame. I have to say the drinks were good but there are other places to go for interesting drinks and they actually have good food. The hummus was tasty so if you go try the drinks and stick to the hummus.

The food is always great, but the service was very slow. It took over two hours to get appetizers, entrees, and dessert even though the restaurant was mostly empty.

Everything here was just ok. We had a hard time reading the menu because it was really dark. The cocktails we ordered were spirit forward and sweet, so not very balanced. The food (small plates) was just ok, not spectacular. As an example, we ordered the duck fat fries, and they came with three dipping sauces---one was an aioli, one was ketchup, and one was mayonnaise. Not very creative. Overall, we were uninspired by our visit and are unlikely to return.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff was welcoming and attentive, fòod was delicious and the drinks were complex and flavorful. Even the mocktail was so good, I forgot I was forgoing alcohol. Blue crab deviled eggs and watermelon brulee salad were fresh and fulfilling.

This place used to be a nice date night spot. Now it’s just a place to hang out in Fed.

Food, service, and drinks were fabulous! It was our first time and exceeded our expectations!

Menu items too exotic

Wish we got the name of our server but they were fantastic! Made amazing cocktails and suggestions on the menus that didn't steer us wrong. Thank you for the great service, we will be back!

I took my mom and sister here for Mother's Day, the restaurant was empty for the most part-we were the lone table. Our person was Jessica, she was the host, the server, and the bartender. She was lovely and queen of the up sell. All of her suggestions were spot on and delicious. She was very friendly but not invasive. Jessica was also very knowledgeable about the cocktails. We are definitely going back- it was good vibes and good food.

Took a coworker out on a weeknight. Staff took care of us and had fun along with us too

We had the pleasure of dining here this past Saturday. Our server, Sawyer was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and especially the whiskey selections. He guided us with ease and our entire experience was wonderful. The food is incredible and overall this was one of the best places we’ve been to in some time.

Wonderful food. Cocktails were top notch. Really nice live music. Highly suggest this place. We sat at the bar and really enjoyed ourselves.

The menu is small but the food is all delicious. We ordered a few things to share and they were all very good. The food came fast. The chairs are comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. And of course the drinks are creative and tasty

Very limited menu but great place for drinks.

Probably not the ideal layout for a restaurant. A few tables for two and several large (community?) tables. Sitting at the bar is an option. There was a private party upstairs, so I have no idea how the layout is up there.
I highly recommend the food. The charred octopus was flavorful and perfectly charred. The main ingredient of the Banh Mi sandwich was the pork belly, which was well charred and flavorful, also.

The main negative I have is that the cocktails took a lo-o-ng time before they came to the table. This wasn't just our table. It was the same thing for the table next to us. There was one bartender, but it wasn't too busy. I'm not sure if the group upstairs affected the bar service downstairs. The food service was good. Again, the waiter has to help out upstairs.

Absolutely unbelievable. Our server was a highlight of the night. The upstairs lounge was extremely special. Cocktails made to perfection!
