   We haven’t been there in a long time, pre-Covid, but wanted to treat my wife and mother for Mother’s Day. The food was very good, excellent actually. That hasn’t changed a bit. Service was exceptional as we remembered, friendly and attentive. The environment was great as well. Only draw back was it has gotten a bit over priced. Cocktails $21+ when you’d normally pay $15, food was high as well, compared to other high end steak joints. But, it was a special day so we splurged. Definitely would recommend, just be prepared to dig into that wallet!

   Wonderful service , wonderful food only thing that is disappointing is they give you these mini cans of soda for 3.50 each and charge for every single one . Full size cans sure but these tiny ones come on

   Disappointed that our group of 4 were seated in the back room when we requested a booth and booths were available when we arrived - those SAME BOOTHS were available when we left!! Our guests would have been more impressed if we would have been allowed to dine in the main dining area after having made reservations TWO MONTHS AGO!!! The menu items are becoming very pricy, although as always, we enjoyed the Perkinsville Pork! We will consider other dining options for our next SPECIAL occasion! Bonges Tavern had always been our SPECIAL favorite restaurant. DISAPPOINTED!

   We celebrated my son’s birthday at Bonge’s last night. The food was excellent. We had the Perkinsville pork and New York strip entrees. Our server, Mike, was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs and wishes. The ambience of this restaurant is very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend dining here. It’s worth the drive.

   Wonderful experience! Had the best time and food was great as normal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great environment and meal.

   First time here for most of our group and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Arrived early and had a couple of drinks outside by the fire pit. Our server, Mike, did an outstanding job serving our table and all the food we had tasted great!!

   The food was impeccably prepared and just right. We've been here several times over the past fifteen years. The quality and stellar customer service are always top-notch. You wouldn't know it from the rustic exterior and remote location, but the food at Bunge's rivals anything the big city could ever offer.

    A unique dining experience in a vintage Tavern by the White River!!! Great food and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it!!!
