Bonfire Wood Fire Cooking - Woodbury

Food/Service was great! Woodbury Bonfire site looked very run down. Needs some remodeling. Parking lot potholes were terrible. I would go back for the food though.

The food was not great. We both sent our first entrees back and ordered something else. The next entrees - one was good, one was not good. The server and manager did everything right. I couldn't have asked for anything more from them.

We had a terrific waiter that made the experience so enjoyable.

My steak was too well done; others seemed to enjoy their meal, however.

We ordered bull bites and the fried pickles & cheese curds for apps. They were fantastic. My steak was undercooked but it was rectified super quick. The banana bourbon cake was to die for! Such a tasty evening!

The waiter was super friendly and polite, and just really great at his job. He bantered back and forth, and was very accommodating.

Definitely returning in the near future!

Met a colleague for a very enjoyable lunch. Very good service (patient, timely and prompt) and delicious food (fresh salad, warm & delicious entree) and relaxed ambience. Never disappointed at Bonfire's!

Food was cold. Bone in wrap. Bathroom was extremely dirty with trash all over and paper towel dispenser looking like it would fall off the wall. You have no vegetarian options besides pizza. How about some salad options where they already are no meat and you pay
To add meat? You haven’t changed your menu in ages. I’d like to see some vegetarian options including a vegetarian soup. The parking lot has needed repairs for years.

Great cheerful service with quick food delivery.

They were out of appetizers. Brought out the wrong kind of steak and when corrected, it was rare instead of medium.

Our server was amazing, knowledgeable, great suggestions and was on top of our service and checking in with us throughout the evening!!!

A water pipe had burst, and so they could not serve water or mixed drinks. Food was not that great. Service was reasonable.

This is the second visit to Bonfire recently the service and the food was excellent. The dining atmosphere was excellent as well. we ordered a special drink my wife and I enjoy and Bonfire created it and it was spot on. I would give them a 5 out of 5 Stars for the entire dining experience.

My Wife had ordered Prime Rib and asked for it Medium-rare. It came out Medium-well. They were nice enough not to charge for that since they were not able to replace it since the whole rib roast was well done. First time I have ever heard that one. I ordered the land and sea. The filet was ok no flavor though. Shrimp were breaded but not much flavor also. Asparagus came out luke warm. We will probably not go back.

Super great server. Can’t remember his name but the overall experience was great! Great job bearded guy who had the bar section!

The food is outstanding. The service is great. They care about your experience and quality of the food.

The Campfire lunch special is a FIND! Had the Caesar salad, Bull Bites, and yummy special green beans, for $9.95! More than enough, and dee-lish! Very much recommend.

The service is always good but the kitchen is unpredictable.

It was a magical experience. The space was beautiful and the fireplace created a wonderful ambiance. The food was delicious and the service was great. The staff really made it an experience to remember. Thank you!

Our waitress was very attentive and cheery. Had the combo lunch trio selection. Great choices to choose from only wish the small personal pizza was still an option. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. All the desserts are great, but way TOO EXPENSIVE.

We had a reservation and once our whole party arrived we were seated immediately. We were given a table close to the fireplace which was a nice perk. The food came quickly and was very good. Our server checked in regularly, kept our beverages full and was friendly and cheerful. We didn't feel rushed to leave after finishing our meal even though they were getting busy and had patrons waiting for tables.

Would recommend and will definitely visit again!

We were there for a family birthday part for my 13 year old daughter. There were 7 of us at the table. We had a nice big table in front of the fireplace that was very nice. Our waitress did an excellent job. She was able to accommodate everyone's preferences, keep drinks filled, and was very friendly.

The food was meh for the expensive price, expected better quality.

At first we were seated in smaller room the noise was awful! We asked to be moved and got better food was very good

Anniversary and date night

Food was excellent the atmosphere was not what i was looking for on New Years eve I have been to the Eagan Bonfire in the past and was hoping for a little more formal environment.

It's never good when you order a turkey burger and it comes out as a processed turkey patty. I don't consider that good restaurant food. My husband's fish and chips at $14.99 was at a sub-par level not to mention his salad that was delivered after his meal was. We were seated by the lovely fire but stored and stacked right behind us next to the fire was a couple dozen highchairs, booster seats and serving stands which took away any ambience the fire was creating. Our server was pleasant enough but the atmosphere and food quality will keep us from ever returning.

Our waitress was so nice. The bartender came over and recommended a wine pairing for us. The food was great! Good value. Great atmosphere.

Margarita pizza was mostly crust. 3 slices had no sauce and barely any cheese. Overall most slices lacked sauce and cheese. No one came around to talk to.

Great family brunch before the holidays. Was also celebrating my aunt's 71st birthday and they surprised her with a chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Brandon was amazing, will definitely return!

Normally the Bonfire has much better food. This was the first time we had the buffet and it was incredibly disappointing. Options very few and the quality of the food was not worth $20 per person.

Service and beers were good to very good. Pizza was undercooked - as were others that walked by to other patrons. Other foods were inly adequate. The menu has become quite uninteresting - unlike Bonfire’s of a year or two ago. Bonfire has come off our list of a good place to despite its now too rare custom of accepting reservations (which we like).

Food took a while to arrive. Meal was OK, nothing special. The salad looked like it had been left out for a day or two- very limp and unappealing.

Almost everything was great. Only problem, took too long to get our first drink. But the rest of the experience was awesome. I would definitely come back

New in the area, after 25 years in Arizona, we move back home. Our evening was perfect, service , food, were outstanding. It was my wife's 74th birthday that we went out to celebrate, & much to our surprise, our waitress inform us there was a "date night" special. Both of us had prime rib, along with another salad & bread, a tall glass of beer, & a glass of wine. We decided the Bonfire was going to be our go to place.
The next day, the wife mentioned to one of the kids about our enjoyable evening, & was informed that there was a rumor that the Bonfire was closing. Please say that it is not true.

We love going her to eat.
We will be going here for dinner when our daughter graduates from college in May.

Great food, the only drawback was that we checked in early for our 3:00 reservation and were told it would be a few minutes, that's understandable. At 3:15 we were told that they were closing at 4:00, We had a 3:00 reservation and were still waiting!!Not sure what they were thinking.

I felt the meal was over priced, $25.00 person. Also I asked for whip cream on out to go pie and the server gave us none at all. We won't be back next year.

All the staff was very friendly and polite. Food was awsome and we didnt have to wait long for anything. We were seated right away. Will definately be back.

The steaks were nicely done as ordered but both the baked potatoes and the asparagus were significantly undercooked.
