Food took over 40 minutes after ordering. The last two times I when there, they didn’t have something I ordered. Finally, 2 of our meals had no seasoning. Has really gone downhill over the last two years.

Food was cold, chicken was not cooked enough, chicken meat was red inside and very tuff. Baked potato was cold inside and the butter wouldn’t even melt when preparing the potato. I would not recommend this place and I won’t be going there again.

Great service. It was super busy and the staff was struggling a bit to seat people. Understandable. The food was great. Had the Prime Rib and it was perfectly prepared. Overall great experience.

The wait staff was initially very engaged and responsive, then we ordered our dinner and it all went down hill. After a lengthy period, we noticed the table getting served their meal, ahead of our soup and salad. Shortly after, wait staff was about to deliver our meal, only to be headed off by our waitress who knew we hadn't received our soup and salad yet. People make mistakes and the store was busy, but its never fun when everything that can go wrong, goes south. Not much of an apology and when the manager walked through to check on his customers, he should have known to apologize and should have offered to pay for something. We won't go back.

We’ve gone to Bonfire for years, and feel like it’s slipping. Our server was great but stretched too thin so overall things took too long. Food was OK but they’ve taken some old favorites off the menu. Not our first choice in the area.

I have been to Bonfire Savage many times, always have a good experience up till Friday evening. ordered the fish fry, TERRIBLE worst I have ever had, couldn't finish it. Shrimp andFish pretty much inside of a doughnut material, greasy, oily bad bad bad
