We had a wonderful experience! It was our 42nd wedding anniversary & we were served complimentary glasses of champagne for our whole party. The service was exquisite & the food was the best we have had. Thank you for the fabulous hospitality!
We are originally from Chicago (only moved down South 2 years ago!), and very much miss the great food Chicago has to offer. So many places here who try to imitate Chicago and New York style food fall very short of the mark.
NOT SO with Bones! This is the quintessential Chicago Steakhouse experience! Bravo and FINALLY!
The service is impeccable. The food is extremely high quality, perfectly prepared, and delicious. The wine selection is top-notch.
We were here celebrating our 24th anniversary and we plan on coming back...soon!
My boss and I have a tradition where we go out to dinner with our spouses whenever we wrap a show. This was my favorite yet. The food was amazing, the service was attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere was very old NY steakhouse. Quiet enough for conversation, but not a mausoleum. Can’t wait to go again.
Great as always! Impeccable food, service. Great wine list.
We visited Bones for Fathers’ Day. The experience was wonderful, as usual. There were five of us including one of our son's girlfriends. She used to be a vegetarian until she went to Bones for her first time! Everyone enjoyed their perfectly prepared food. The side items were as great as the entrees. My youngest son remarked that dinner at Bones made him feel as if it was a celebration for him as well as for his Dad.
I love this place! The service and ambience was amazing. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The side dishes were full of flavor and the old fashioned drinks were great. I took my boyfriend here for Father's Day. A bit pricey but was well worth it. We will be back.
Birthday dinner- there was confetti on the table and everyone was so nice and mentioned the birthday.
We continue to drive 45 minutes a handful a times a year to eat at Bones! Our drive takes us past a dozen high end steak houses from North Fulton all the way into Buckhead but no one does steak better than Bones. What's even better than their steak? Their service!!!
We were welcomed with a friendly greeting on our arrival and on our departure received a friendly thanks.
Our waiter, Derrick, was very good. We had a birthday celebration and appreciated the table decorations and dessert.
Our experience was just what we hoped it would be - food, ambiance, and service.
Great food and great service
We celebrated father’s day with my husband and daughter
Fathers Day early dinner with son.
The services was wonderful, the food perfect, the atmosphere romantic. I would highly recommend Bones. Make sure you have a reservation.
Birthday. Fantastic experience. Will definitely be back!
Outstanding bar and waiter staffs. Being addressed by name at evey interaction makes a difference. Food is outstanding. We had beef and sides.
Great dinner. Always the best food and service. Go there often.
The service was probably the best I’ve had in a restaurant in the USA. The staff wear stars on their uniforms , a star for every 5 years, our server had been there 25 years and was happily employed .
The steak was excellent as well not to mention the incredible hash browns. Overall a great evening and I’ll be back
Best steakhouse in Atlanta
I love bones, but this time it just was not worth it. We were sat in the basement area/lower level, which is not my favorite area. Our stuffed lobster was very under cooked. We asked to get it corrected. When it came back from the kitchen after getting cooked, it was scooped out, all mixed up and on a bread plate. One of the steaks was undercooked, but was not sent back, just settled for. It took 3 requests to get a Diet Coke. I ordered Bearnaise sauce when we ordered but it did not come out with dinner. Just a bunch of little service issues and the lobster debacle added up to a below average experience. For $800+ (including tip) for 4 people, you expect more. I’ll probably go elsewhere next time I entertain a customer. Bummer because great service was what you could really count on at bones in the past.
My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and a co-worker recommended Bones. It had a very nice and romantic environment. The servers were impeccable and attended to every little detail. I was very impressed. The food was good and I would recommend Bones, especially for special occasions.
It was my 66th birthday and we had a grand time. Will be returning soon.
Always perfect. Our favorite place in Atlanta.
Always a winner. Food, staff, everything is top notch!
I’ve gone to Bones from the day Richard and Susan opened Bones, after Tapas. This was to be a special night with my two daughters. I was docked and so disappointed. My steak was tough and tasteless. Hash browns were barely room temperature. Service sporadic. Nothing was Bones legendary quality. Having been to Bones hundreds of times, I was saddened.
A delightful evening. The meal was outstanding along with our table and the service.
I came here on Saturday night with other friends, and I ordered rib-eye steak with red wine. They have great service and tasty food, also their wine menu is fabulous. Overall is a great dinner experience in here.
Perfect dining experience, beginning to end.
Bones has never disappointed us for the many many times we go and go again. The service is amazing! The food is always delicious. We love the ice cream tower for dessert- it’s a must!
My husband likes high quality steak and Bones always delivers.
Amazing as always
Lobster was over cooked and rubbery. Filet was tough. Dressing on salad was too sweet and bacon wasn’t cooked correctly.
Fantastic ambiance, excellent service and an Atlanta experience! Presentation was lovely and the food was really good. An ideal place for a special occasion! Highly recommend when you are ready to invest in an experience, this is worth it!
We were there celebrating a 50th Birthday and was greeted by the host who welcomed us and said Happy Birthday. We maybe waited 5 minutes and they had our table ready earlier than our reservation. On the table were Birthday decorations which was a nice surprise. We were soon greeted by our server Trevor who assisted with a great wine selection and even suggested the Medium Plus as they typically cook the steaks on the rarer side and the medium plus was perfect!! We also had the Mac n cheese and also the hash browns and were great. At the end, we were presented with a fabulous dessert for the Birthday and also some shortbread “bones” to take with us. It was a great experience, great food and we will definitely be back!!
One of the best ever!! Everything from every aspect was perfect! Bone’s is in my top 3 now, joining the company of Hy’s in Toronto and St. Elmo’s in Indy. Please share with kitchen and wait staff. Eddie was great and again top 3 in my lifetime, need I say more.
Excellent meal; very rich and indulgent, but excellent. Between my wife and I we had foi gras, lobster bisque, Bones salad, a NY Strip, and a Maine lobster tail, has browns, and onion rings. Damn it was good!
Bones is the best Steak House in ATL.
Bartenders are awesome!!
We are big Bones fans but our most recent visit was disappointing, mainly due to the waiter. A waiter at Bones can make or break your experience. Bones typically makes you feel very special but we walked away saying this was definitely a place we can take a break from for a while.
Food was not hot
Service was poor and inattentive
My Husband and I celebrated his Birthday at Bones last night. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty. We had a 7:45 reservation, and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. Our table was decorated with confetti, a nice surprise. The wine selection was extensive. We both had the filet, which was cooked exactly how we ordered. Service was impeccable, food was exquisite, and company was amazing! Thank you for making his Birthday special!
Amazing service and food!
Everything about Bone’s is fantastic. Best steak in Atlanta, hands down. Ambiance and service are top shelf. Dress up for the occasion and keep it special. Remember, you get what you pay for.
