    I used to live in NYC and always considered BondST a go-to. On a recent visit back, I made a reservation excited to return, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the memory. While the food was still excellent, the service was surprisingly poor. Despite a tab of over $400, we were rushed through our meal, with plates cleared aggressively and my friend’s wine taken before she’d even finished it. We were in and out in just about an hour, and there wasn’t even another party waiting on our table. For a place known for its atmosphere and elevated dining experience, the service felt transactional and inattentive. Disappointing, especially given how much I’d looked forward to coming back.

    They were super accommodating had a big group already and they allowed extra people to join super last minute. Also very helpful with the ordering process

    Our server was exceptional and made the whole Experience that much more enjoyable! Everything he recommended was delicious, and he was kind enough to lower the air conditioning for us too! :-)

    The food was delicious, the waitress knew how to adequately space out our courses so we didn’t feel rushed or forgotten about. Everything we ordered was outstanding! You can’t go wrong eating here. The drinks were also very good.

    So good. Started with the tuna tarte and tuna crispy rice. Do Not skip the tuna tarte. The wagyu was insane and we ended with a sushi roll
