We had a pretty terrible experience here. There was a large street festival going on around the restaurant which packed the bar but the restaurant was a normal amount of busy. They have shared plates and once we ordered we never saw our server again until we got the check. We were never given plates, silverware, or napkins even after asking other servers multiple times. My wife went inside (we were on the patio) and found two sets of plates, napkins, and silverware we could at least give to our kids. We then shared forks in between bites. The food was also so so. The tuna tartare tasted liked it was made with old fish and the margarita pizza was all sauce with small pieces of half melted mozzarella and some slices had no cheese at all. We were here for my daughter’s birthday and suffice it say, we were very disappointed.
Sat outside with a great view. Food was good but pricey. Service from bus staff was excellent. Waiter left empty plates for him to clear and walked away empty-handed which was odd.
The ambiance was nice and the food was great. Our waiter managed to take our brunch orders and allowed us to take advantage of the bottomless mimosas deal within 30 minutes of the cut off time. Our waiter was efficient and courteous so for that I will be coming back to Bond Street Social more often. I'll also be sure to bring a few friends with me.
The food was amazing!
I hosted a surprise party for my fiancee's birthday here last weekend and everything was perfect. The staff and event coordinators were wonderful to work with (and even helped us track down some scissors and markers for some last minute decorations)! The food and drinks were great and all of my guests had an excellent time. Cannot recommend them enough for fun group gatherings!
Outside table has an amazing view of harbor.
In a special hour, you can have a pizza almost half price than usual.
Our waitress Chazmine and busser Corey were fantastic.
Nice food and atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon brunch with the ladies
Wonderful outside smal bites with Happy Hour prices.
Great place to gather for post- work day happy hour.
We enjoyed a very nice evening at Bond Street. The weather was perfect so we sat outside. We were there during happy hour (great to find on Saturday night) and generally ate and drank from the happy hour menu. The music is very loud. Inside it might’ve been too loud for us but outside it was a pleasant backdrop. We will be back!
Super noisy club vibe even the outside seating has big speakers with club music selected by a DJ even at lunch. If that is your thing then this is the place for you. Food is good and service was not bad. Not a place to go if you want to talk to your dinner date.
Very nice place to go with friends
It was noisy, service was spotty, food was good but not great and I thought it was not a good value. Their policy of serving food as it is ready, rather that prepare an order at a time is puzzling because it inevitably leaves some at a table with food in front of them while others have nothing, leading to uncomfortable situations.
Given the number of other restaurants in the area, I’d have thought bond street would be a bit more upscale.
Limited menu due to holiday, which they unfortunately didn’t relay to us until after we ordered. But everything off the limited menu was very good! Sat outside with good service.
Good food, very slow service. The concept is geared toward sharing, so they bring food out when it's ready, which is fine, but it was more than 30 minutes from the time we ordered until the first food came out for our table. It took maybe 15 minutes after they brought the coffee to bring spoons. By that time we had all stirred our coffee with our forks. The waitress would disappear for long periods of time. We had to ask a different server to find our server to bring the check.
We enjoyed the Tuesday evening dining experience. The hummus, arepa, and beef skewer small plates were all worth it. We look forward to dining at Bond Street Social again.
Our biggest complaint was that one person’s main dish came out 20 minutes before the other person. It made things awkward and the person waiting was really hungry by the time their food arrived.
Food was very good, as always, and service was good.
We were a little disappointed to find that small plates for sharing were no longer on the brunch menu, and that the restaurant nevertheless is adhering to its small plate policy of bringing out dishes as they are ready from the kitchen instead of bringing everyone ‘s entree out at the same time as is proper when each person has a separate entree. It makes sense for sharing small plates but not for separate entrees. At our visit, half our table received their orders more than 15 minutes before the other half received theirs.
This meant that those who received their dishes first had to either politely wait an inordinate amount of time with their meals cooling in front of them or impolitely beginning eating and finishing before their table mates were served. Our guests opted to wait, but it unfortunately negatively affected our experience.
Since the separate entrees are not conducive to sharing, we respectfully suggest that Bond Street Social consider training staff to deliver all entrees at basically the same time unless the small plates are returned to the menu.
By the way, Bond Street Social has been a favorite of ours, and we do intend to return. This criticism/suggestion is offered in the spirit of assuming you would want to be aware of this.
Food was pretty good, 3 of use each had a drink , two apps, and dinner for about 117 plus tip. So value was decent. The booths are small and tight. Feels awkward to sit in them for some reason. The waiter had tables inside and out and was at times, or available so we had to ask another waitress to bring us plates...she gave them to him and he took them to another table so we asked again. Overall it was good...I’d go again but not my first choice.
I made this reservation for my best friends birthday and my entire party had a great time! I went for the first time for my birthday in April and knew I would be coming back for my events and for more Bottomless Mimosas!
The GM Shan was everything. Before he came over the server was so slow and i was ready to do. But he came over and made everything worthwhile!!!
Service was lovely and food was amazing. We were offered complimentary champagne to celebrate my friends bachelorette. All dishes were delicious!
Beautiful atmosphere food was excellent our waiter Eddie was amazing
Excellent food. Great flavors. Thank you!
Food was excellent but our server was completely checked out! Fortunately other servers came to our rescue lol but we love it there food is great
Very social like place. Nice for a group of older friends. Some young crowd was there but not to bad.
Great Food!!! Great Service!! Overall a great time and money well spent!
Crap gazpacho salad was phenomenal, and chicken was and waffles hit the spot.
The service is the best, the food choices are very limited and the drink menu will have you coming back for more
The food and service was great, atmosphere was really nice too. I had never been to Fells Point so it was a nice introduction to the area. Very cute and fun place.
Fun vibe, good for family meal or millennials just hanging out. The menu had something for everyone. Our table ordered the pretzels, curry seafood, pesto pizza, scallops and the filet steak special. If you are craving a soft pretzel, this appetizer was really more like a bagel. The three HUGE scallops were perfectly prepared with a delicious light seafood creme sauce sitting on a bed of zucchini noodles, highly recommend. Our view of the Under Armour complex and The Domino Sugar signs from the outdoor dining deck completed our Baltimore Harbor meal.
Bond Street had a great atmosphere for us to start our celebration. The food and cocktails were, for the most part, delicious, and we enjoy the idea of "shareable" plates which is the kind of dining we tend to do anyways even at other restaurants. The food arrived to the table as it was ready (as opposed to all at once) which is perfectly fine for us because we were able to enjoy the food while each dish was still hot/fresh. We dined on a Friday evening so the bar was very lively and a little loud, typical bar atmosphere.
Can't really comment on the food... Because after waiting 15 minutes with no server contact whatsoever and music blaring in a basically empty room at 6:00 p.m., we politely excused ourselves and left. The moment we walked in, we knew it was not going to be a pleasant experience and we don't regret leaving. Terrible ambiance and service.
Went for brunch. Duck confit hash was good, but wouldn’t recommend the biscuits and gravy, which was strangely sweet with only one biscuit. We sat outside on a lovely day, so would do that again.
I’ve lived in Chicago for over 20 years but I’m from Baltimore. I brought my father and brother here to celebrate Father’s Day. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I have to say, our brunch at Bond Street Social rivaled my fav spot in Chicago. Will definitely eat here again.
Great brunch and cocktails! Awesome outside seating. Perfect friends brunch!
Drinks are great. Happy hour deals are a good value. The food is only fair with a relatively small selection. We had to send back a medium well steak because we asked for rare. The second one was very tasty.
FYI if you are sensitive to spicy food they put some sort of red sprinkle on most plates as a seasoning and it can make or break your meal depending on your sensitivity.
Awesome brunch and beautiful atmosphere. Pretty area.
I love the menu options and Bond Street Social is a great spot for brunch...Bottomless Mimosas!!
