Having been to a lot of japanese restaurants, I dont think this is at all authentic... both my husband and i had curries and it tasted nothing like the curries we have had. They also put spring onions and broccoli which is not even a usual ingredient. The ratio of rice to curry was so much more. The worse curry I have ever had unfortunately.

Really enjoyed our meal. The place is very quiet and suprisingly not busy, but it was good value for money and had quirky interior. Very tasty food and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Really lovely staff members. They were really helpful and accommodating with our dietary preferences. The food was really nice. Would go back there again.

We went for lunch on a Sunday so it was perfect for a tranquil date. It feels authentic and the food was served promptly. We ordered nigiri selection, sushi and fried chicken. It was delicious. Definitely will be back.

We had early dinner there. It was a quiet evening. 2-3 other tables were occupied during our dinner. The food was good and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner!

The place was empty and dark so there was no ambience. Service slow and substitution of chips was not acceptable for missing items - particularly to our guest who spends a lot of time in Japan. No alternative was offered. As this was at the start of our meal that rather set the mood. Food was generally pretty good when it arrived but all service had to be prompted.

Venue: brightly lit, not as atmospheric as the photos suggest and loud music playing. Empty on a Tuesday night. Staff: waitress was lovely but for c£45 per person would expected good service. Food: good but not out of this world, gyoza were burnt on one side. Overall, was be good for a weekday lunch but not worth the money if you’re looking for more of an experience.
